I buy black lighters cos I like how they look. I won't reject a white lighter if it's passed to me, but I get a little nervous about it.

ok around here everyone is all "oh shit! a yellow lighter, everyone who gets caught has a yellow lighter, hurry, throw it out!, whos got money? oh you, (points to me) you had a dollar before, give it to me! we have to get a new one!"

fuck that, no lighter is bad luck. I wouldn't buy a white or yellow one now though, simply because some people have gone as far as to throw my white lighter into a flowing river, dumbass.

Every time I've been pulled over and/or searched I, or someone with me, was in the possession of a white lighter. Not saying I completely believe it but there's so many other colors why not skip the white one just in case. Every time we never realized we had a white one until after the incident so it's not like we're acting sketchy and nervous because we have a white lighter on us.

I think it may be that there are a lot more white ones out there,
because all Bics with a plastic graphic on them,
when the graphic is ripped/torn/fallen off these
lighters become "white lighters"

i almost got in a fight with my friend because i threw his white lighter over the fence just before a sesh. i would rather not risk anything. i threw him a buck for it so all was well, but still, i avoid useing them at all costs.

I don't believe in luck.

I EXCLUSIVELY use white bics. How my life goes depends on my thoughts and the positivity with which I live, I haven't had bad luck in years. My life rocks.

from my experience with white lighers, from superstition i'd definatley say they produce some bad luck. i've been arrested for possession, and broke up with my GF all when i was holding a white lighter. I even saw my dealer friend get hit over the head with a metal bar and robbed by some assholes when he had one.

the first time i used a white lighter i didn't think it was bad luck and i got caught by my parents, the second time i used it i still didn't think it was bad luck and i got caught by the cops!!!!!

now im a believer that they are bad luck

The White Lighter is very bad luck. It all started with a few of my friends chillin and smokin my bubbler. Were about to light the bub with the white lighter and my friend says that its bad luck and that his cousin had a lot of bad luck with it. We use it anyway cause that was the only lighter we had. We are havin a good time, gettin high, when my brother comes into my room and says that the house is leaking. So I go check it out and the ceiling, that has never had problems before, is pouring water from the fans and making holes in the dry wall. It turned out to be a $300 plumbing bill and a $1000+ dry wall repair bill. Plus a nice carpet was ruined. I then remembered that we used the white lighter and everyone starts to believe the myth.

DO NOT USE A WHITE LIGHTER!!! EVEN IF THAT IS THE ONLY LIGHTER!!! DO NOT USE A WHITE LIGHTER!!!
