In all seriousness, I've never seen anything really bad happen "due to" white lighters, nor do I "really" believe in any superstitions or anything, but I do "observe" the superstition if you will, just for fun.

Gives you something to talk about, if the folks you're smoking with havent heard of it. Think of it as a ghost story.

i didnt believe this white lighter witch craft until just last night.
i read the thread with white lighter stories two nights ago, and while blazing last night with some friends i noticed one of them had a white lighter. we NEVER use white lighters. no reason why, we just don't. after i saw it i remembered the thread and shared some stories with them and told them of the white lighter curse.
we of course don't believe in that sort of thing and laughed and joked about it. but then, near end session, as we are about to head inside my friend shelby BRAKES MY GOD DAMN BONG!!!!!
we stared at its remains in disbelief, and all i could do was shout " WHITE LIGHTERRRRRRRR!!!"

oh baby...this is real old thread you dug up. white lighters aren't bad luck...if have shitty luck carrying both and good luck carrying both...white is sometimes good too because other people won't have them

i use a white lighter all the time and nothing bad has ever happened. but i heard that if you have a yellow lighter your a snitch, but thats a bullshit cuz i know many ppl who have had yellow lighters

I'm digging this one up yet again.

My baby, Cavalier (named after the Virginia Cavaliers due to its color schemes) shattered on the bathroom floor yesterday while being cleaned. Minutes before, my room mate had used a white lighter to light Cavalier.

I've also had several odd incidences of bad luck since.

People should start telling stories about breaking pieces/getting busted while in posession of a red or blue or (any color but white) bic. I bet that since so few people actually use white lighters, we'll see a lot more of those stories. It will then be ruled that white lighters are actually good luck.

all 3 times my mom found my stash, there was a white lighter with it, I've only ever owned 3 white lighters. and there where times before when I didn't have a white lighter that she searched my room, and the stash was poorly hidden but she didn't find it.
when I had a white lighter, my mom accidentally stumbled upon some of my best spots, one time, under a loose floor board, and my room has carpet.

white lighter=terrible luck.
