Alright, well I'm on a school feild trip, its a ski trip.

There are 5 people in my room, 4 of us are FUCKED up on Xanax. 2 of us are sleeping.

So around 1 am, we make a tin can bong, and are blazing out the window, when the advisor busts in, luckily were quick and he doesn't see shit, he leaves. The bong is tosed in my bag. As soon as I lie down to sleep, 7 guys kick in the door, and search everything.

They search all of us, but we had nothing on us. They found the pipe in my bag, and 2 buts outside the window. One kid admits to the butts.

They sent us all home, and now we could be in mad trouble in school. My four friends are all morons though, they said who knows what. The teacher asked me what happened, I told him to ask my laywer. He got in my face and I almost hit him, so they had a ton of guys escort me to the lobby and make me wait there while the other 4 were upstairs.

Fucking redicuslus. One guy comes down and says "Your on a weekend trip, you brought a ton of weed, where is it?" The thing is, there wasn't any. They tore apart everything trying to find some drugs, but all they got is the pipe, which is resinated. They did find a pack of buts on the kid who admited to smoking those.

What do you guys think will happen? I didn't say shit, I told em someone must've put the pipe in my bag, they found no bud, and I already have a lawyer.

Edit: The whole time I maintained my innocence, I said i never smoked. They were playing word games, but I got around all that shit. When I got home (they sent us all home). I took a home drug test and passed, so that helps me out I guess,

stick with your story, whatever it was. When people change their story is when they get fucked. If you have a good lawyer im sure youll get off lightly since they dont really have any proof that you did it, except for the pipe.

I got a crazy laywer, on monday there going to bring me down and try to expell or suspend me or some shit.

I'm flat out saying I want my lawyer present, they will not know what to say, except "this is a school matter not a legal matter", and my parents: "if you suspend my son, this will be a legal matter"

Bring your lawyer. Don't wait until they try to do something. Bring him right away. He'll stop you AND your parents from saying something that will totally screw you.

Besides, schools almost always back down when lawyers are brought in. It usually isn't in their budget to hire a lawyer to help punish you.

I agree with Feanor, if they want to punish you their only hope is that you wont resist but ur not worth enough to the shcool to have them go to all those lengths just to supspend one kid, especally if your doing reasonably well in school.

The school district I graduated from had lawyers on retainer. Besides, most schools will pass the matter to the police. Lucky for you there was no bud to find. Maybe this will teach you a lesson about putting incriminating evidence in neutral places.

y did u make a bong if u had no bud, and havent even smoked in a while. and by blazing out the window do u mean cigs, but yea since ur 18 u prolly will be able to get out of it even though it is a school trip so idk, did u have to sign things saying that u wouldnt bring cigs or anythign on the trip, or did they say that u cant smoke even if u are 18 while on the trip

EDIT- o shit i mis read it i though u said it wasnt resinated so yea u are prolly in trouble, most of that up there doesnt make sense

Honestly I don't know. I didn't cheat, or take any flushers. I took it and passed, maybe a flaw, but who cares.

Since then I have taken a shitload of Niacin, and drank a ton of water, so know I should pass without the aid of luck.

Anyway, we blazed in the room, but we smoked all the bud we had (about .4), so they found the pipe with the resin, but found no bud.

I hate to sound like an ass but you said yourself this guy wanted to bust your balls so why did you give him a chance too...

it seems kinda stupid that you brought this shit on a schooooooooool trip when the heat was already on...

hope you learned your lesson without an expulsion or something shitty like that

in hs on my school ski trips to vermont wed always get way fucked up..the advisors would always be drunk when they came to check us at midnight anyway so everyone would just chill for 10 minutes and when they left it would be on again...i remember once..we had just gotten off the slopes at like 5 and had a massive session...LITERALLY there was 20 people with like 8 bowls goiung around and about 5 bottles out...we were in one of the girls condos and we boxed like the whole thing..i remember sitting there and someone knocked on the door and i heard "did someone need a cop?" i tweaked...but was so stoned i just sat there...turns out it was one of the condo guys or whatever and he said "did someone need a COT?" cause he had brought an extra one...those trips were fucking awesome

Man dude, that's fucked up. Man Feanor, I love you. You look at things so rationally, and you always give kickass advice. I'd go with exactly what he said. Although, I wouldn't have even told them you don't smoke - I would have just said that I didn't know anything and then I'd shut up. The more you say, the more they have against you.

Well heres how it works:

My school has a dean of students, the dean didn't suspend me. With my parents present, I told my story, and she decided against suspending me.

However tommorow I have to go before the principal, and redo my case as why I shouldn't be suspended. Kinda rediculus.
