Got fucked over today, time for a break?

some really fucked up shit happened today...

at 10:25 this morning i got pulled out of my class by a security guard. I realize that i have papers in my pocket which i was supposed to give to my friend. So as we walk to the "security office" i try to stealthily get rid of them, but alas the guy was more observant than i thought and told me to take my hand out of my pocket. When i got there my best friend is sitting there with a horrible look on his face and i realize we are fucked, he had a little over a G on him that morning. so basically they searched me and found the papers. For some strange reason they did not search my backpack.. which i later found out contained 2 old zip lock baggies with "residue". I spent the whole day in the office awaiting my own fate as well as my friends. well to make a long story short... 2 of my friends got expelled(1 of them for weed, and one for heroine). The one with heroine is sooo fucking cool, not only that but she was trying to quit all on her own(and although ive never tried that shit, it seems difficult to stop after a couple of years of regular use), well she told me that several other people were pulled into the security office after i'd left, and a few of them mentioned my name for selling weed and uppers(both of which i dont sell anymore).

I'm not in trouble... yet. Tomorrow when the authorities have time they will decide whats gonna happen. But i still live at home and boy is my mom gonna be pissed. I know its not respectful to be using it in her house and bringing it home and what not. But i think she deserves to feel secure at least.

Do you think its reasonable for me to stop toking until i move out(which will probably be in a couple of years)... and if so, how do you take care of the craving?

ive been smoking every single day for 3 years now and ive never even attempted to stop. Do you guys have any tips for when i go crazy later on?

i think you should at least stop for the time being. after a few months go bye hopefully it will have blown over. then you can toke again.

Well I stopped for 2 weeks once...lol....and I just kinda forgot about it after a while. Also, get rid of your weed and put your peices in a place that is hard to get to so you wont wanna go and smoke "real quick". Hope it goes alright.

Just take a break until you feel like you want to smoke again, which will probably be within a couple weeks. But why did you get pulled out of class in the first place, did one of your friends rat you out or somthing?

I dont see why you would get in trouble with papers unless you were underage, because the same exact thing happened to me last year, I got carted to the office with a pack of papers and a lighter in my pocket, he asked me what they were for, I told him I roll my own ciggarettes, they asked if I was 18 and I told them yep, they checked my ID, end of story, I got my lighter and papers back.

tough luck though, and about the smoking thing, just get back to it when you feel comfertable, maybe thats when the heat dies down, but just think of it this way man, in a couple weeks this will all be just a bad memory, because comon, we've all done some pretty bad shit when we lived with the rents, and it eventually blows over.

marijuana isnt addictive so id say just stop if you feel you should. i've been smoking for 2 years give or take and finally got arrested about a week ago (thus i'm reading other peoples bust stories). once you run into something like this i feel like the best thing to do is actually quit for a while cause people all know you're a smoker and people that matter (cops, teachers, adults in general) are all gonna be looking out for you being high. quit long enough at least to make everyone "think" you're through with weed and then start up again later and be careful from now on. as for the "cravings" i'd recommend you start a cigarette smoking habit and start drinking heavily to supress your urges. just kiddin

I'm done, never smoking again.. I've learned my lesson this is the final straw and I know I cant handle smokin ganj.

I haven't smoked in over a month and I haven't lost my mind, and I used to smoke 2-3 times a day for like 2 months. It shouldn't be that hard to quit for the time being...
