Fingerprinting

I recently got arrested and had to go through all that bullshit. The machine they used to fingerprint me was weird. You placed your finger on a scanner and it would read and match your print. Obviously I gave them hell with that fucking thing. Everyother print was either smudged or held too hard. They ended up taking over 100 prints that night...

Yes there is. If you refuise to coperate with them they can slap you with a few different things. They can charge you with a PC148 which is for resisting, obstructing or delaying an officer of the law.

The other big reason this isnt a good idea to do is, in order for you to be able to post bail or be givin OR they have to be able to identify you. If they cant get your prints they will not release you. Not to mention that if you piss off the officers in the jail they are going to treat you like shit back. Your gonna get your meals cold (if at all). They will take 10x's as long to process your stuff which means you sit in jail longer. A much better idea is to treat them with respet. You would be supprised how far this will get you.
