busted by the same cop

anyone who read my previous story, this is the same cop
we had just smoked a few bowls and were getting ready to play some poker at this park in my friends rodeo and this truck stops at this street shining his headlights at us and just sits there for about a minute and leaves, like 5 minutes later a cop car rolls up and shines his light on us. My friends bong was on the center console, my other friends mini-zong was on his dash, and his pipe was next to the bong, and his grinder was on the center console too. I grab the bong and put it on the floor and cover it with plastic and bubble wrap (thats what was on the floor) and I didnt see what he did with his zong or pipe and I stick his grinder under a sweatshirt. Another cop pulls up and the first cop walks up, the same cop that has busted us before and says "what are you doing here"
ryan "playing poker" (we had all the chips out and everything)
cop #1 "Don't bullshit me I smell it, I see a huge bong right there" (funny thing to think about, last time he busted us we taught him what a bong was) *looks at me* "sit on the curb" so I get out and sit on the curb and he tells everyone else to do the same
cop #2 to my friend walking to the curb "hand out of your pockets dipshit!"
cop #1 "I recognize you guys you were the guys at the other park, I cut you a break that time I told you to never do this again and I see you here smoking a bong"
ryan "just because we had the bong in the car doesn't mean we were using it"
cop #1 walks up to him "what did you say!?" ryan repeats himself
cop #1 "stand up" he turns him around and cuffs him and searches him and puts him in the back of his car
cop #2 "he going ot show you just how surious he is"
friend who owns the rodeo says to me "just don't say anything"
then both cops open all the doors on the rodeo and are looking around
cop #1 "we are just doing a visual inspection looking at things in plain view so we aren't violating your 4th amendment rights"
they find the pipe and the zong
cop #1 "is someone going to confess whos these are?" after a few seconds hesitation 2 of my friends confesses that they were theirs"
he cuffs and puts them in their cars
the kid who owns the bong, his twin sister comes walking up out of nowhere "whats going on" she see her brother in the back of the car
cop #2 "these kids were smoking dope"
sister "whats going to happen to them?"
cop #2 "they're going to the d-home"
sister "can I give my brother a hug?"
cop #2 "no"
I see ryan walking up, I guess the cop told him it was his lucky day and let him go
cop #1 shines his light on me "were you at the other park the last time you guys got caught?" I nod "I can only be so nice, I let you guys go last time and that didnt do any good" walks over to his car
me "since it looks like we'll be leaving our cars here can i set my alarm?"
cop #2 "if you are taken away you will be given that opportunity"
that was a relief, this is what he said in my mind "as long as you cooperate you're not getting arrested"
cop #1 "next time I catch you guys you're getting arrested"
my house is really close, and the sister told her parents that I was there so they called my parents and they came down here
my dad asks the cops whats going on
cop #1 "these kids are getting arrested for posesion of drug parophenalia"
me to my dad "i'm not getting arrested they are"
my parents believe us that we weren't doing anything wrong so they arent mad, my mom drives my friends rodeo to our house so it doesn't get towed
I still don't know what happened to my homies that got arrested, this happened last night

and ryan just told me that eric, the owner of the bong, is going to try to get a restraining order on him, don't ask me how

I need somewhere to vent my anger so i'll do it here. Why the fuck does everyone call the cops on us when we smoke!? we aren't hurting them in anyway! we aren't making a lot of noise, or destroying their property, nothing! and they still call the cops on us for a "crime" that shouldn't be illegal, I'm not too mad at the cops their just doing their job but the people, the people that call the cops on us, I hate them so much! Next time someone sits there and stares at us shining their headlights at us I swear im getting out of the car and asking what the fuck their problem is, and tell them to fuck off. I would do almost anything to find out who the fuck called the cops on us, I feel like crying because I am so angry!

You had more then one person there...thats good...make sure alll your stories are correct an take it up if possible. They searched without asking simple as that..

Some don't ask don't suggest an don't even bother speaking before they go violating your privacy...

I dont want to put the blame on all you but it's kind of your fault in the first place for having a huge session in your car in the middle of a street. Houses around you may not care that you smoke but don't want you doing it anywhere near there house for numerous reasons. Stick to secluded areas and in the comforts of peoples property so you don't have to worry about the police anymore. I guarantee if you get caught by that cop again he wont be letting you off.

either way, no matter what, it all comes down to cops being the biggest assholes.

My cousin is becoming a cop (on my mother's side). To me, my dad, my fathers side of the family, even family on my mother's side, we all operate in the gray aspect of the things, and many of us, including me, are active in "the game".

So this it almost is making me feel like I dont even wanna have a relationship with him anymore. I mean, I havent spoken to him in 9 years, but he knew what I did then, hes got no idea how much in that time I have risen in "the game".

He's family, but now hes playing for the other side. I am going to his wedding in october, Im not going to mention anything about whats going on in my head, so I know we will have a great time because we always were good friends. But things are different now, hes on the other side, I know I could never have a 100% truthful relationship like I do with my other family members. I always gonna have to analyze what im saying before I say it when talking to him it seems. Just sucks.

Anyway else have family relations to the enemy? Sorry if I got off topic this thread opened and let me express something I have not truly addressed yet.

If they we never read their rights, theres a chance they might not get charged at all, I have a friend that got a lawyer and got out of a a DUI and other charges because he was never read his rights when arrested.
