woke up with room spinning!

so today i woke up and my room was spinning and i felt extremely sick and pale. still
feeling like shit and pale. (long story short)

anyone have the same problems and have any advice for me (no i did not smoke any weed last night or any drugs).

but im very paranoid about it i never had this problem before (i dont think im sick because i never went anywhere for a few days i dont have a fever im just pale and upset stomach)

any advice would be appriciated.

If so a adequate suggestion would be to sit down and smoke a bowl.

not yet but i should i dont want to here bad news i red some stuff about what happens some shit said some disease or ear wax and tons of other things what causes what happened to me but im extremely worried

If i wake up early and have the spins/headace usually for me anyways its dehydration related. I'd say keep up on fluid intake, and eat normally. If it goes on for more than a day or two A doctors visit is in order.

Normal flu, infection, h1n1, otc drugs, lack of sleep, still drunk. dehydration. All those could cause dizzyness and nausea in the morning.

perhaps its vertigo.... google it and see if you have some of the symptoms.. and if you do, see a doctor

this happens to me nearly every morning. but i have anxiety induced IBS (which is what causes it). maybe look into that? hope you don't have it because it's hell on earth

i dont have h1n1 lol i dont have a dry cough and im prefectly heathy and i went to the docters and i had vertigo what sucks

yeah i think i might have it too, but its not when i wake up. its when i get up fro lying down quickly, it has to do with change in blood pressure when i get up. but idk ...

This, I am in the same boat. I experience it on occasion as well. I also have mild anxiety and IBS.
