I can see where hes coming from, but as others say, as long as you can control yourself, its better than that, I used to smoke like half ounces to the head, and ive cut that down a lot, because i knew doing it that much not only drains money, but its just way too much to enjoy it, if you can control it, good, if he couldnt, and he decided to make his rule, its for him, as long as you dont end up on hard ass drugs, youll be fine
