this is all a bit harsh. this guy is clearly suffering, back problems aren't to be sniffed at, they're serious. if it's ruining his life then he deserves some compensation, maybe not $20 mil but some. i wonder tho, surely the school can't afford $20 mil and therefore would have to shut down if you were to win the case.

Ok, so apparently im not sueing the school now im sueing workmans comp?. im going this friday to speak to my lawyer about it -sigh- this is all confuseing as hell. Im gonna up date this agine with al l the details about whats going on. Damn dude, I feel for you. I know what it's like being tied up in lawsuits and being injured and not being treated appropriately. Just keep your head up, do as much as you can do recover and smoke the green! I have a story similar to your doctor situation:

Last winter I was involved in a car accident, I was stopped at a red light and a lady talking on her phone didn't even see me early enough to brake, she rear ended me going about 40 miles per hour and I was hurting. I had hit my face on the steering wheel and suffered a concussion. When I go to ER with my dad, the doctor asked me if I do any drugs and I told him I smoked cannabis. Right away all the questions became directed to my cannabis use and in the end, he was telling me and my dad that the accident could have been avoided had I not smoked cannabis 4 hours prior to driving. This mislead doctor also was trying to convince me and my dad that cannabis causes neuron damage in your brain. At this point, my dad was telling the doctor "I can't get him to quit, what should I do" and doctor said "I've seen church help a lot of problems like these". It seems like a lot of "regular" doctors just have it out for cannabis and quite frankly, they don't know what they are talking about in that regards.
