falling down stairs doesnt deserve compensation, but the fact that he was denied proper medical attention is something to look into.

its hard to imagine he was though, most schools error way to far on the side of caution. cause they know if some1's little snow flake gets a booboo there could be an impending lawsuit.

20 million dollars? Really? You think he deserves more than most of us will make in one lifetime? No I'm not saying his injures weren't deserving of compensation or deserved to be treated the way he was, but I doubt he's blameless and fully deserving of what he might get.

If your side of the story is accurate you should get $$$$ because they fucked over you back big time with how they treated you in the aftermath

First off i wanan stt out saying the average american makes 1.2million oveer there life with a high school deploma im sueing for pain suffering cause i wanna blow my fucking head off every day because of the pain for my lawyer fee he gets 30% of what i make my medical card i had when i first hurt my back they want there money back or something like that still talking to them and my dads medical compony helped pay also they want there money 2 so im spliting 20million 4 ways i may be walking out with 10m after its all said and done havent done the math also it is the schools falt because the guys working were unlicenced Illiegals from mexico who where adding on to the school i go to a small school in kentucky not even 300 students so yea also i told you a real life story and was wanting to vent on a form and all you doing is saying im a whore for wanting so fucking composation then your fucking retarded i wish i could work wish i could go to fucking school and be a fucking lawyer like i wanted to but no some fucking mexican who had no training to build on to a large school like i was going to took that from me i fucking hate people like you cause you the one who thinks be is better then some one by judgeing them so GTFO of the real life storys thread if you dont wanna here people like me

lots of people in your same situation get fucked and then they eventually win their suit and get money, but they just give up on school and dont bother with getting a job. they play victim as long as they can and spend their winnings on large amounts of drugs, become horribly addicted, and then eventually the money runs out. At that point they are fucked because all they wanna do is be a victim and do drugs their whole life.

i am not saying that you are doing this, i think you have a legitimate suit, and you deserve some compensation (assuming your side of the story is true, because there is always a second side).

if i get 10 million with thats what im prolly gonna get im put 5million in the bank and use the otehr 5 to build my home buy a car finish school at home and buy a nice large bathtub witch helps losen my back up a bit ive been told ill never be hired at a place of work because im to high of a liability fuck mcdonals said they can give me work but for like 1 hour a day just to mop the fucking floors for 35$ a month if i mop them every day i know the manager thats the only reson she can hire me she made a new job just for me...

A doctor wouldn't just randomly drug test you and say if you wouldn't go to rehab for marijuana, they won't perform surgery on you.

Figure I might as well give you some tips that work for my lower back pain.

-When I'm sitting, I'll shove a small pillow behind my lower back to help brace it and straighten out.

-A really firm mattress. Honestly nothing makes my back feel better then laying down on a firm mattress.

-Just pay attention to what positions put the least strain on your back.

If its his pain management doctor and he's on schedule II narcotics they drug test you monthly, when you come in for the script. I hate peeing in the cup. The pain management doc will dump you immediately if you test positive for anything you're not supposed to. The fact that his doc was giving him a second chance by offering him rehab is the bit I find surprising....

yea, I did all that ^_^ it helps a lot. the pillow thing i got a got a pillow i can put in the microwave that heats up for like 30 mins or i can prees it never freezed out its like a jell in it and its the best thing ever it fucking cost like 90$

i am on lortabs i hate them they make me sick and i told her after all that and way at the start of this jorney that i dont like pills and i only take when needed and my family doctor back when this started i told him i smoked weed so it was probably in my file and i didnt know that they can drop me thanks for that info
