So yea sorry for the boreing story needed to vent any way im go get fucking stoned to the bone

It makes me mad when i head about people starting suits against others because they fell down some stairs or slipped on a wet floor, or burnt their tongue cause their coffee was too hot, thats just fucking bullshit. the people that do that are just out to make a quick and easy buck.

but it sounds to me like you were legitimately mistreated, and i am sorry for what you had to go through.

my advice to you is to stay strong and continue on with school. Dont let an incident like this affect the rest of your life and prevent you from getting a quality education. stick with the GED and explore further education.

lots of people in your same situation get fucked and then they eventually win their suit and get money, but they just give up on school and dont bother with getting a job. they play victim as long as they can and spend their winnings on large amounts of drugs, become horribly addicted, and then eventually the money runs out. At that point they are fucked because all they wanna do is be a victim and do drugs their whole life.

i am not saying that you are doing this, i think you have a legitimate suit, and you deserve some compensation (assuming your side of the story is true, because there is always a second side).

I did. He never once made it clear that he fell down two sets of stairs to the lady that encountered him and to the gym teacher. He just started giving the gym teacher attitude. Not to mention, at any time the OP could have gone down to the nurses office and been excused for whatever classes.. Especially if he would have explained his situation.

A doctor wouldn't just randomly drug test you and say if you wouldn't go to rehab for marijuana, they won't perform surgery on you.
