so i wake up get ready runnin to town (a 30 minute drive) gotta pay bills check out a movie 5 miles from my house a lady turns into oncoming traffic, im the oncoming traffic hit the side of her suv with my tiny ass honda at around 50 ricochet my head off the windshield when i come to after blacking out i check on her like a good citizen call the emergency services and redirect traffic, after shes ambulanced for neck and back pain they say i should be immobilized and checked out, i concede after being strapped to a board causing a wicked headache and being accused of causing the accident multiple times even after she admitted crossing into my lane, waiting in the emergency room tied to the board for a couple hours the cop finally shows up and starts tellin me off while im tied down about not having my current insurance info (they sent me a new card that i hadnt put in my car) i tell him i currently have insurance i can have someone bring the card, then he starts goin off about a marijuana pipe in my backseat (unused glass piece that fell out of rear cubby in accident) i told him i didnt know of any marijuana pipe i had a tobacco smoking acessory a friend gave me but i hadnt used it, he insisted that he could give me a paraphenalia charge i said for an unused tobacco pipe he kept saying marijuana pipe i said a friend of mine blows glass and sells them to tobacco acessory stores, then he pretty much gave up trying to make me say i had a MARIJUANA pipe, i hate it when cops try to pull that shit anyone else sorry about the length of this story

If she turned into your path without the right of way, you should be fine. Your glass was unused, therefore no charge there. It's going to be all about right of way. If she was running a light (I hate when people do this) then fuck her, it was her fault. No matter what you said, if you said it while hospitalized from the accident then I'm fairly certain a lawyer can argue it means nothing (especially if coerced by the cops).

If she had the right of way, you're basically fucked. I, personally, would not have any sympathy for you if she had the right of way. It's important at all times to understand where you fit as a driver into the rules of the situation. They exist for a reason, and if you broke a traffic rule and hurt someone else I will have no sympathy for you.

Yeah she crossed into my lane on the highway, she was cited is what the officer told me. But the officer wouldn't give me any information an exchange form for insurance, he hasn't filled out the crash report nada. I've gone down to the hypo station and they tell me its not there case nothing they can do, I've gone there when he's working as told by other officers, to me and they brush me off I've been looking for officer dick for days now.
My insurance hasn't been able to file a claim because they need the other drivers insurance which she didn't give me, (she closed her door after I checked on her and was unresponsive a.k.a. Ignoring me) so now I'm stuck without a car.

Its looking that way, my insurance is trying to help me figure it out as well they told me its happened a couple times paperwork taking forever.
I understand cops patrolmen are necessary but it kills me that there job inevitably leads to paranoia and cockiness.

damn that really sucks for you man. how dumb bitches cant drive and make you get in an accident and then cops could find something in your car when it aint your fault. these driving tests need to be more god damn thorough!!
