DXM can be a very good thing, when used properly. If you want to successfully trip on DXM, you have to learn about it first. Did you even read the DXM FAQ or use a Dosage Calculator?

I drank two bottles of vicks 44 once. Probably the craziest drug experience I've ever had. At first it was amazing, I was looking out my window and the stars and I literally felt like I just started floating into space. I can't really remember much after that, until I felt sick and puked my guts out. The syrup cannot be good for you, it's probably awful for your liver. I suggest extracting the DXM if you ever want to take high doses of it.

DXM can be managed safely and has very legitimate value as a powerful hallucinogen.

What one sees as abuse towards their body is subjective and a matter of opinion.

People will tell you that you don't understand something and then you counter with the abuse argument for a wide variety of substances. People say the same thing with it being abuse or people not understanding about heroin, LSD, DXM, alcohol, and yes some will tell you that marijuana smoking is abusing your body. It's all up to you to decide, it's a matter of opinion, what might seem safe to you will be unthinkable to someone else and vice versa. So accept it.

And that it comes in cough syrup in no way affects it's legitimacy. If pure, uncut LSD were made in bottles of syrup, and produced the exact same effects would it suddenly become a pointless ghetto substance?

I actually find it reassuring when I get a bottle, because from a store shelf I know exactly what I'm getting, it's purity, dosage, etc.

I remember my first and last time doing that.... Drank a whole bottle, waited a while and got really nauseous. After that thought shit got CRAZY, everything moved in a blur and I was fuckin hopped up! it was like 1am when it kicked in full force, I jumped in my car and hauled ass(literally) into town to a friends house. Woke his ass up and harassed him for about 45 minutes before deciding I had to leave only to get back in my car and haul ass back to my house.

lol me and my friends drank delsyme a while back. we thought we only took 600 mg of dxm. turns out delsyme has 600 mg per bottle, and we had 2 bottles..... we were trippin for 8 hours straight. literally. i was still pretty fucked up when i went home. trust me, delsyme is the only good cough syrup to drink, if any. i dont do that shit anymore cause my stomach cant handle it anymore, but its pretty fun if you've got nothing to do for a whole day and are pretty bored. just my input

It in fact is not unhealthy drinking couch syrup with DXM if the ONLY active ingredient is DXM.

And your gonna need a lotttt more than 251mg of DXM, try 500 and above.

But the main thing is that you get cough meds with only DXM as the active ingredient, do not take medicine with acetominophen or anything else.

EDIT: And it's not a "loser's drug", just because it's in cough syrup doesn't mean it isn't as powerful a psychedelic(if you wana call it that, maybe just hallucinogen, I don't know) as any other drug.
