took about 3 hours to kick in. im not at all tripping hard and im pretty sure this is because i threw up most of the stuff. prob only had about 150mg total but am feeling some stuff. and dont feel sober completely. i feel lighter than usual. kinda like floating. wish i hadnt thrown up.

I'm not that experienced with cough syrup, but I've done triple c's which I think is the same thing, but pill form and I can remember the trip being very enjoyable. Although its a lot different from an lsd or mushroom trip. It was more of a 3 sec memory trip. Like I remember wacthing family guy it being really funny, luaghing really hard and then not remembeing why I was laughing.

triple c's are the same thing but they contain CPM which is dangerous in high doses and should usually be avoided so i didnt use those but thats besides the point cuz its dxm either way that gets you high.

I wish I could relate to this, but those are the only experiences I've had, so I am lost.

With the mushrooms, things end up being not right at all, but somehow it's just fine. With the LSD, it's far worse than things not being right. Not only are they not right, they are far different than reality, and that's just the new reality. Then I am for days trying to readjust to non-acid reality. I have no idea what its like any other way but these two, but I want to find out.

There is perhaps truly no way for the non-hallucinating mind to connect with the hallucinating reality (at least when I haven't experienced it). I wish there was, because this interests me.

Yeah I know they're bad now, but this was back in my early days. Since I don't think either of us has anything better to do at 5 am in the morning I'll share my triple c story with yah cause its kinda funny. Alright it starting with a 16 year old me and a dude who I met at a party never met the guy before, but I had weed and I needed a place to crash; he wanted to smoke weed and offered his place (parents place) well after almost dieing on the way there I get to meet his mom who promptly asked if he had been smoking of course I didn't narc and said after her inquiry as to if his hair smelled, said it smelled like shampoo. I then get invited to church the next morning im not religous at all, but am a nice guy so I agreed. aferward we wacthed some dragonball z while popping those triple c's. Then proceded to ninja are way out a window which damn near caused his home alarm to go off, so we could smoke out of a tinfoil bowl. Got back inside and started wacthing family guy we were both tripping face and I can remember looking at my pupils and being amazed at there size. Anywho neither of us slept and end up going to chruch the next moring still sorta fucked. His mom even smelled the weed and commented on it when we got in there car. She droped me off and I remember thinking that these were the best days of my life. Don't know why I just shared that breif moment of my history with you, guess I'm just feeling nostalgic.

ive never done lsd or mushroom so i cant relate and i wouldnt really consider what im experiencing to be a full cough syrup trip. there's a FAQs on erowid about plateaus you experence , 4th being the most intese. id say i experienced a 1 on the scale maybe less. if i hadnt thrown up probably closer to a 2.5.

I agree although it was the other way around for me shrooms usually make my body feel weird IDK, but acid was just fine even when surrounded by thousands of people.

i totally agree. 15/16 was the best time in my life. before i had a car. before college and bars and everything. where you had to ride bikes or walk to meet up with ppl. when a 5th of alcohol could get like 10 ppl hammered and it was fun to just get high and walk around the streets at 2am causing trouble. you didnt care about anything because you were a minor and couldnt really get into any real trouble. ahhh those were the days.

I disagree, not gonna net rep you at all for it(that'd be bullshit to do) but I must disagree. It's definitely a very powerful and very real drug. No less so because it comes in a bottle. It can make you trip just as hard as shrooms or K or L. I find it more and less intense then ways, but DXM is a very legit OTC to get you high in (matter of opinion) a good way.

Benadryl on the other hand...
