so these cops come up to my car....

Well the other night i was smoking in my car around midnight (because i can't smoke in my house) and after im done i have like half a blunt left which i put in my pocket. SO after this i decide to smoke a cigarette and in like 5 minutes the cops come creeeaping up my street slowly and stop next to my car, then back up a little bit and then come foward again and ask me what im doing out so late and im like "uhhhh smoking a cigarette..." and the cop goes "what? no smoking down at your place?" and im like "haha no" and he gets out the car and is looking in my car with his flash light while talking to me and then says "cuz you see...some people like to come up here (since my neighborhood is pretty quite and its nothing going on) and do bad things"... and i just replied "oh...well i live down the street" and he says "yea, well whats your name?" and i told him my first and last name and he said something else i think and got in the car and said goodnight. and i didn't even finish smoking my cigarette i just plucked it out the window and have been paranoid ever since. like im pretty sure the cops KNEW i was high im not sure if my car smelled like it (since the windows were down and i was smoking a cigarette) but i have just been worried that like there going to show up at my house with a warrent and search my place because i have a little bit of weed left in my house that i have been planning on throwing away for fear of a house search. So my question is can ( or will) the cops pursue me? like will they come search my house? because if they wanted to arrest me all they had to do was search my body that night but they didn't...they didn't even question me about weed and just left...and that seemed VERY fishy to me like it's not over yet or something....so at this point is there anything they can do? ooooooo and BY THE WAY i think a neighbor ratted me out because cops don't come up into my neighborhood and when i saw them come up the street in my rear view mirror i could tell they were looking at the cars like they were looking for people in them.

If any cop comes up to you, say your name and any futhur questions he asks just say " My Attorney would be upset with me if I answered any questions without him present"

ur paranoid. the cops arent gonna get a warrant to bust some dude they THINK smokes weed. dont sweat it man, theyre not gonna get you unless you push weight and fucked up. ur safe, just super paranoid apparently.

Im sure the cops have better things to do than to try and raid your house for a little weed. I'd say you are just being paranoid.

hmmmm i guess i am being paranoid lol. But still it was trippin me the fuck out because i basically talked to the cops high (and it was apparent) and they did nothing...

They didn't even harass you about smoking weed, they said goodnight and left, and you think they're gonna try to get a warrant to search your house?!! Haha.. dude. If they wanted to "get" you, don't you think they would have done that when they HAD you? haha.. relax.. toooo paranoid.. you're good.

cops are pigs. and pigs have a unique sense of smell. so do dogs. and dogs belong to pigs.

so my advice : when in contact with a police officer, act like you live, breath, and eat around cops.

Why would you not say that...He will then know you know your rights and you don't have to answer anything and be on your way. I'm not talking to no fucking cop unless its a serious matter. I don't know about you, but I'm going to stick to the safe way and not incriminate my self in any way or say anything that could possibly rise suspision.

dude i think youre fucked. you need to send all the weed and other good stuff in your house to me for safekeeping til this all blows over.
but really you dont need to worry. if he didnt see anything and didnt ask anything about mj than he isnt interested. he probably just asked for your name because thats standard procedure. especially since he didnt ask for your license. if you hadnt been smoking a cig then it could have been a different story, but the the cig let him know youre just chillin and not getting in trouble. but seriously if you are still worried you can send me your bud
