Yeah, it's not cities, it's specifics neighborhoods, you can find the methodology on the same page the survey is on. and that study uses only violent crimes, not all crimes. my boy went to bangkok to get diver certified and he got mugged by a bunch of chinese dudes but got away some how and wondered around bangkok hours until he found some familiar land marks. he's rich as hell to, i woulda went to new zealand or something |

I used to drive a truck for a living and truck stops are either in the middle of nowhere (the big nice ones usually are) or in the worst part of a city. South Memphis, Little Rock, Jessup Maryland, Detroit, South Atlanta, D.C., and all the shithole Mexican border towns. East St. Louis was the worst with Memphis (the area around Graceland and the airport) a close second. South ATL particularly Bouldercrest Dr. and MLK is a fucking nightmare.

Shit, I don't know what it's called other than "the south side" from where I'm from, but an old friend of mine back in high school had us smoking in a ditch in view of a house party, that last week (in the ditch) someone got shot and killed. The people at the house party were mad staring at us and shit, so we left like right away after he told us someone was killed in the damn ditch we were smoking in. Crazy shit, but ah well. It ended well that night. |
