Too much caffeine...never again!

Okay, so first off, I realize that caffeine is a drug. It's abused by many addicted Americans, people have died from it, it has some negative side effects, etc. Of course it's not the worst thing ever. I mean, so many people have it all the time. But I try not to have it too much, because I realize this. I'll eat stuff with trace amounts of it, like chocolate. And I'll have soda and stuff, but yeah. When I have a lot at once, it majorly effects me because I'm small.

Anyway, today at lunch I had a dollar, and I went to the vending machines. Almost was going to have a Cherry Coke, but decided on Vault again. Then I got back to the table, had about half. Lunch was ending, so I pretty much chugged the rest of it. Then I started giggling at random shit, I felt spacey, and my heart was racing. My body felt really weird too, but I basically brushed it off.

After school, I went and got gas and was driving and it was really hot out. My heart was still pounding and then I couldn't breathe... I started basically hyperventilating and I couldn't drive, so I pulled over into a neighborhood. I was almost going to cry because I could not breathe. Finally I did, after calling my mom. Then I felt better, but I still feel really icky from it, like a hangover. So yeah, moral of the story...I'm not having caffeine again!

Do you guys know anything else I can do to lessen the effects?

Just like smoking, keep consuming and your tolerance will go up.

My tolerance for caffeine is so high, I'm trying to increase the effects. I literally had 2 caffeine pills just to get me through today.

i dont think there is enough caffeine in vault to make you hyperventilate hours after you take it.

i think you just freak out at the thought of caffeine. never do any real stimulants.

That's fucked up... because I just took 3 of those NRG shots like 3 hours ago and now I'm starting to feel really awful as well....

All you can really do man is just water it down with water, naturally, and wait it out.

It's such a retreded drug.

once i had a coffee and put like 8 tablespoons of coffee in it

ha thats just weird... one day within a 2 hour period i had ~6 cups of coffee to try and stay up and study and i went to bed 2 hours later easy :\ i guess i just have a really high tollerance?

I felt millions of tiny invisible 'tooth picks' pricking me all over my body.

Wtf? How are people having these crazy effects from vault when i feel no different for the most part, maybe just not as tired as before for around an hour or so but hallucinating? Wtf i wish vault did that to me.

i drink coffee every morning. i've had 4 cups at once before, and wired as hell. but nothing really bad.
