bars,blunts,booze and cops

alright so i decieded to throw a party because my dad went out of town. anyway it started out me and 1 other friend. then we met up with some girls and some other friends then just stared inviting people. me and this some people threw down for a zip so we alll smokeing and drinking the this one of my friends comes back with some rolls and bars one of my other friend bought one and gave me half. later on everybody left and i had 1 band a halfg bars 3/4 of a 5the and about 5grams of bud to my self now its 330am. and its just me two friends and two girls we went to go get some more bars and we stooped at a quicktrip and i walked in on the way this dude offered to buy a joint off me for 5 bucks whitch i thougt was funny.

alright so we get the bars i eat one in a kohls parking lot. then we go back to my house and i blacked out about an hour after i popped my last bar then iwoke up to find two cops above me asking me if this rooms my room(was in living room) put me in handcuffs search me find about a gram or 2 take me to jail. uncle bailed me out i called my phone had lost it earlyer my friend answerd i guess he went to drop off those girls on his way in my neghiberhood ran up the curb two ladies who were walking had to jump out of the way then they called the cops when the dude pulled up in my driveway.

what kind of legal trouble should i be in court on 10th sorry for grammar.

You shouldn't be in any trouble if the cops forcefully came into your house without a warrant or permission. Fuck that.

so i could challenge it in courtt it actually worth gitting a lawyer for 1-2grams im 18 and ther was a bottle of rum next to me thats why they said they came in

if they said they came in because there was a bottle of rum next to u then u can easily get the charges dropped. how would they have known u had a bottle next to u if they hadnt gone into ur house without permission?

yah its my first offense also they said the door was left wide open(i call bs) and they came to check out the house cause the guy who all most hit the women parked in my driveway

door wide open or not they cant tell by looking at you you were under 21 so they cant just come in your house cause your having a drink

Worst youll get if anything is 6 month probation... just do a "pro-active" program and itll look really good in court, they wont give you much.

But I'm still wondering how they got permission to search you. Are you sure it wasn't an illegal search?
