My mom just went through my brothers room

I live with my dad , and he doesnt smoke. But he went throught the whole taskmaster thing and realized that he can punish me and do this and that, but in the end if i want to smoke im going to smoke. Now he encourages me to smoke at home and is totally fine with it. He even worries about me when I go out and he knows ill be smoking haha. I think hes lenient because he too smoke alot and shroomed alot before his airforce days. He says that home is the safest place though

I'm not sure if you're being sarcastic but I actually do have his back because I talked to my mom about it on the phone and I really don't see how he's gotten in any trouble because I've seen him texting, playing video games, using the car, watching tv, and computer so he's not in trouble. lol

That has NOTHING to do with you having your brothers back. That has to do with him not getting in trouble.

It's not the same situation for everyone but the rules between my brother and I are to watch each-others backs but no back scratching, that means if he gets caught I have to act like I don't know a thing. Tell your brother he's getting a drug test and to come smoke some bud with you before his drug test.

Actually it has everything to do with watching his back because he would be in much more trouble right now had I not spoken with my mom and completely calmed her down about the whole thing. Somehow I convinced her after at least an hour on the phone that it wasn't a big deal and she ended up just taking the car away. (which he has been using anyway apparently)
Besides, I don't have a close relationship with my brother so I feel pretty good about all that because I could have done nothing and that is what not watching his back would have been. And trust me. I'd like to have a better relationship with him but he wont talk to me so there's not much I can do and while I could say "f him" I never would.
