Idk I'm thinking he was talking about a girl friend, rather than girlfriend (if there is a difference. If not, you know what I mean.)
But yeah, if this dude'd probably fuck you up. Then wtf is the point? To get your ass kicked? Yeah it'd the honorable. But this dude also demands head from random girls and then punches them in the face if they don't. So he kind of has it coming.. he needs to have his ass kicked. On the other hand, that girl should go to some different parties. |

Honestly, that sounds like a really implausible story. I've dealt with enough girls who get their rocks off stirring up trouble that I think you ought to investigate whether or not she's lying before you make any moves against the guy.
Besides, party = intoxication. A more likely scenario is that she actually did slobber on his silly stick, and is now trying to alleviate her own embarrassment by painting him to be the bad guy.
