I got busted about 3 months back for possession of paraphernalia. I just got that shit over with court and my prosecutor hit me with 2 options. Pay a 250 fee, and that's it. OR pay the 250 fee and then go through 1 year probation to get it off my record. I chose the probation. My probation officer turns out to be really cool, and doesn't even drug test me. Well...

I got busted again last night, I had a piece and grinder both stuffed with herb. My ticket is on the way through the mail right now, and I probably will be hit with possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.

I have no idea what to expect because I was currently on probation when it happened. What do you guys think will come out of this?

Well, seeing how this is a case of violation of probation, along with possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, you can expect an even larger fine, possible jail time, and most likely termination of your voluntary probation, along with the addition of a manditory probation that WILL drug test you. If you fuck up again on the manditory probation, you'll be goin to jail for violation of mandatory probation.

Enjoy. Common sense would say stay away from illegal activities and items while on probation......
