Yea, when you go to public school you kinda lose all your rights. It doesn't matter it it "art" they will still call it paraphenilia and there is nothing you can say or do about it. I learned this the hard way.

My only question is what kind of High School still does Football in Spring? Our season used to start in the summer month leading up to school and ended in Novemeber, just like pretty much every other Football program in the world. I call shenanigans, unless it was intramural, and if it was than that is just lame.

No he did not mean soccer because this kid is definitely an American. Oozes from the way he types and seems. But no High School would ever do Spring Football. Costs way too much in the first place for the regular season. And there is no way they would already be starting practice for next season when school is still in session. They just do not do it. Get all the kids out there for a few days of hard practice only to have them go on summer break and get right back out of shape. We used to start in late July and let me tell you, fucking horrible. For some reason they think the summer heat conditions you more, not for us fucking lineman... Used to just make me vomit.

You know, bongs are not actually illegal, at least not in most places. They only become illegal if they have marijuana resin on them at all. How could you go buy one at the head shop if they were illegal?

Although making a bong in a high school ceramics class probably wasn't the best idea, there's no reason why it should get you expelled or suspended unless you're actually smoking out of it. They would have to somehow prove that you were intentionally making an actual bong for the purpose of using an illegal drug... and that's pretty much impossible.

My friend made an awesome pipe in his wood shop class once. The teacher saw it and laughed... he didn't really care. But the next semester he made a rule that no one was allowed to make "smoking devices" in class.

ok first of all let me explain some stuff to ya

1. football practice is in spring for like 2 and a half weeks then we have a game then all through summer we have weight lifting then once school is back in session we have regular season and if u go through spring training then u don't have to go through tryouts u get it and yes i mean football with linebackers and hot ass cheerleaders

2. Im gonna talk to him some more cuz he makes me mad calling me names like bongmaker and i'm already sitting in a really bad spot with administration cuz like 5 months before i got sent to a youth development acadamy cuz i got with half an oz. in my backpack
so if this goes to administration i'm fucked but luckily it hasn't yet but ima talk to him some more

and yes i think our coach really wants us to go to state

Can they charge you if they find a pipe that has no resin in it just because they think it smells like weed? Its not even like you could smoke out of it, it was copper and by no means would you want to or could smoke out of it. I didnt even know it was in my bag because some kid in my shop through it in there.

Having no visible resin doesn't really mean anything. Even if it has microscopic levels of resin, it's enough to get charged with possession of paraphernalia... hence why you would get in trouble just for it "smelling like weed". If you really are positive that it was never used to smoke weed, then you could make them prove it by sending it off to a lab, or doing some kind of instant chemical test if it's available.
