Thats the last thing I remember. Supposidely I took more xannies and drank more beer continuosly through the night and kept falling down and bumping into shit in my room.

My parents could hear lots of noise coming from my room around 1am and see me laying on the ground with my eyes completely rolled in the back of my head. I was completely drenched in sweat and couldn't even put my socks on when my parents tried taking me to the ER.

Get to the ER and take a blood test/piss test/and get 2 IV's of some fluid to help counter the drug. So now i'm basically on the last straw with my parents and have to make a decision in my life.... move out or get help (rehab)

I have chosen rehab since I cannot afford to live on my own yet, I am still in college.

I just felt like posting this because I feel extremely depressed and feel like I have disappointed my parents so much. My mom was crying and shaking just asking herself "What did I do wrong?"

So a break from drugs is the best for me. You guys enjoy yourselves. Ill be back someday soon. I wish you all the best of luck

I wish I went to rehab after my first OD... I didn't, figured It'd be a lesson learned, ended up ODing a few more times, going into a coma, ect. and I STILL relapsed. All I have to say is I'm glad you're ok, and I hope you're a stronger person than me and can actually learn from your mistakes.

I remember one night I had come home from drinking at my friends and took what i call "the cocktail." I had 50mg Seroquel, a few 1mg Xanax and something my mom takes for OCD. Shit will get you loopy. So i was sitting in the living room, watching tv and eating chips and salsa but that thats all i remember. I woke up the next morning and my mom had carried me into the room to go to sleep. She told me she walked in there and i was slumped over trying to feed myself. She thought i had OD'd on something of hers but i explained my situation of mixing benzos and alcohol.

Yea man you need some serious help.First off your taking all this shit because you have some issues and the fact that you are doubting a therapist is a serious deal.You lucked out and I don't see any reason why you would even think about anymore drugs from here on out.Start off clean and get some help.You HAVE to see a professional.Thinking that you YOURSELF can fix these problems on your own is the reason you're in this situation.Good luck but you had to know what you were getting into.Be safe.

Man, at least you are learning the first time around. I haven't OD'ed yet, but it's a horrible thought and I'm sure you're going through some tough shit now. Now I say I haven't OD'ed yet, but I also haven't won $800 out of the blue either. Things might be a little different then..

Try to keep the relationship you have with your parents strong, it's too bad that means going to rehab. Any idea on what kind of rehab they'll have you in?

Anyways, good luck bro, and I hope it doesn't sound like I just repeated everything all the other guys have already said.
