Water. However depending on your test, I can tell you for MJ, drinking water doesnt always better your chances. THC is stored in fat cells, its better to exercise it out (which in turn has you drink more water as well)

drink like 3 or 4 red bull those will make you pee like a race horse and they have niacinamide ( you do that you will pee like 5 time in 2 -3 hours

All in one test, I suggest you jog/sauna/tea, and drink a shitload of water. So, workout, water, hit up the sauna, water, tea, water. You need to sweat as much as possible, and speed up your metabolism to burn fat cells. Also, green tea works as a antioxidant and it will help piss. I've heard your supposed to stop working out like two days before the test, so you'll be good if you do this straight for a week or two

but the test is tommarow!!! for my probation officer
they cought me with weed and they are giving me a drug test to see if ive been smoking weed. but im gonna come out dirty with meth!

Hey dude, sorry to hear you are getting tested, but you can pull it off. It really depends on how much you smoke and what your weight is. Drink lotsssss, and make sure to eat things like bananas, or potatoes, because you will be low on vitamin B. Vit B will help darken your pee. Energy drinks like Monster also have lots of Vitamin B.

go buy a detox drink, its your only hope. Imho your a lost cause, most of the time when I tell someone smoking meth to do something it goes in one ear and out the other. Do it or dont.

edit: finding someone with clean piss might also work better.
