Acquaintance stole a gram of bud

So I was out chillin last night with some homies, and my friends friend who i kind of know - was chillin too. So I had like 2.5g's of bud, and we toked for free off of my other friend.

We'll call the 2 guys i was chilling with N and B. N is a good friend, B is an acquaintance....Well i ran into some other friends and they smoked us all out - like 2 bowls each for free.

Then I smoked out N and B for free and bought them food - because I owed N like $25. So I smoked them out like 1.5g's - so we've had like 2 bowls each from earlier, plus 1.5g's of my shit. So I was like aight aight aight were done.

I was saving my last gram of bud, and i put it in my backpack that i keep all my smoke stuff in, and threw it in the a back seat.

Well N and B were going back to their house and asked if they could taken some bowls for later, and i was like "nahh....im gonna smoke it later on tonight"

So my backpack is chillin the backseat, and when im finally about to bounce and go back to my house, i got this strange feeling and i checked on my buds and all of my nugs were gone. I had 4 good sized nugs which were prolly a gram....all gone

so i called out B who was sitting in back and i was like where the fuck did my bud go?

he played it off stupid like i dont know i didnt touch it

at the time i was like 80% sure he took it so i told him to empty his pockets and he emptied em and the buds werent there so i was like fuck dude i know you jacked my buds whered you put em

he just claimed he didnt know where they went

so total buzzkill i didnt have any more bud.

Anyways, at the time i just said fuck it and bounced i was high as hell so i was only a little pissed

what would you do now? demand repayment? never chill with him again?

This acquaintance jacked like $15 of weed on top of the food and bud i already bought for them.

What would you do now?

ETA: Im not even pissed at the loss of bud, its the principal alone..... He went and jacked my weed after i smoked him out - and he denied it - AND he fucked me over by taking the bud i was gonna toke later that night

That was a long story and I didn't bother to read it so I'm basing this off of the title and the last couple of lines of your post.

Did you actually see this guy steal the bud? It's a gram. It's not a whole lot, nothing worth getting seriosuly pissed about. Hell I've had that much bud that I wasn't planning on smoking and I've smoked it all without even realizing it till the next morning. I've also misplaced that much. It's such a small amount that anything could have really happened to it.

Im not mad about the weed, just the principal alone. For sure im never toking with this guy again, im like 90% positive he jacked it but im like maybe its not even worth getting mad about b/c it would be more problems and i dont need someone pissed off at me

Yea but your only 90% sure. If he didn't take it and you stop haning out with him over it and then you find that sack a month or two from now that would suck. Jus be more careful with your bud.
