FRIEND or STONER (long post, advice needed)

So I have smoked with a friend for many years and never has it been an issue. When he first started to smoke, I always had it and he didn’t so I would just smoke him out for free because he was my friend and I wasn’t going to nickel and dime him, because he’s my friend. Now that he has been smoking the last 3 years, every time you smoke with him and keeps track of how many you smoke together.

If you smoke with him and he has chron at the time and you just have mids, he keeps track of how many chron bowls you smoke and makes a note that it is 2:1 for chron to mids. If he packs two bowls of chron, he makes sure you know that you have to pack 4 bowls of mids. If we are done for the night after the mids, the next time you hang out with the kid he will make sure you know you owe him 2 bowls upfront before you even start smoking. Some of my friends that I hang out with, that also hang out with him tell me the same thing. One of my friends was told by him that the next time those two hang out; he owes him a total of 5 bowls from previous. I just feel like he nickel and dimes everyone and that’s not what is it about.

I’m just curious on how you all feel about this, not sure if this activity is normal or what. Thanks

i think thats kinda messed up that he keeps track and rates how many bowls of what equals his and whatnot. Friends smoke friends out when they get bud, you shouldn't have to bring up when who smokes out who, if you got hte bud, share with your friends, just dont let your friends become moochers, if your friend starts making it an issue that your not matching every bowl he smokes you out on, just remind him about the 3 years before that...when you smoked him out..for 3 years...

Yeah, its not even about me smoking him out when he first did, the main issue is how he keeps track of how much you smoke so he can make sure you smoke him out that much.

I have a freind that I smoke with about 90 percent of the time...I'd buy my half ounces per 2 weeks and spark this kid up countlessly right and never ask this kid for a dime. But if where together and I don't got bud on me u bet your ass he'd ask me for money to buy the bud... I sorta feel like I'm owed and it Pisses me off when he asks me for money

yea i have a friend who is like that. he doesnt smoke but if he did id imagine he would do the exact same thing. He keeps track of the money he lends out in a little notebook even when the lent amount is in the cents (50c and above). Its fucking ridiculous. Hes an old friend of mine but if i just met him now i wouldnt be able to stand that. Dont smoke with that kid anymore man. Its definitely not normal or cool.

That's the most confusing thing I've ever heard and it would undoubtedly be some kind of buzzkill to have that sort of talk going on. I can understand about a person needing to conserve his stash - I try to, but being miserly about it just ruins it for everyone, and so I fail to conserve to a certain degree. But it's a partial success or it would be a question of "Why is the weed always gone?"

Edit - My bad. I'm either exaggerating or in trouble if that's the most confusing thing I've ever heard. But it's one of the dumber things I've heard so far this year.

That is exactly how this kid is. One night, mine and 2 others weed ran out and he was the only one left that had some. Long story short, he made us pay each $2/bowl if we wanted to smoke more. I was shocked
