Ok, so on Friday I was chillin with my friend and we went to pick up this kid from his house to burn. So we post up in his neighborhood (I have 5% tinted windows and 30% on the windshield) and box 2 blunts. Anyways about 10 minutes later Officer fuckass shows up and as soon as I see his car I stash my shit under the dash and blast the defroster. As he's pulling up I realize it's a K9 unit, which happened to be the 2004 team of the year, so I'm like oh shit, I'm fucked. The kid I picked up stashed the blunt guts under his seat right before the cop knocked on his window and I rolled it down. He questioned the kid in the back passenger seat before me(is that weird?) and he was acting sketchy, but to make a long story short the cop started interrogating him and his answers were kinda inconsistent

The cop asked if there was a gun in the car and he said "I dont know, no..maybe?" without making eye contact. So the cop pulls all 3 of us out of the car and asks me if theres a gun in the car and I say no, and I don't consent to a search either officer. After that he pretty much let us back into the car and asked us to leave, telling us that smoking dope made us dopeheads. Right now I'm thankful to god for not getting arrested and charged for possession and I get to enjoy 420 a free man! I have no idea why he didn't search b/c it definitely smelled but I'm not gonna question that because all that matters is that I didn't get caught.

BTW, sorry for the shitty story, I'm on 40mg of adderall to stay up all night

I have 20% tint on top of 70ish% windows, so I really have around 10% all around, on my windsheild I have a 5% stip but thats it.

Crazy, man.

You're lucky that your efforts to indicate that you didn't consent to a search actually worked. I assume you guys hadn't been smoking yet, so the officer was precluded from saying that he had reason to believe that you guys were under the influence, but your friend's answers were suspicious enough that he might have been able to get away with searching your vehicle without consent.
