smoking and usage

All right so I'm heading off to college this fall, and with acceptance letters coming in, scholarships being applied for, and campuses being visited, it's on my mind. College is notorious for being a marijuana-heavy zone, but I'm just wondering how it actually is. How accepted is it, how easy to find, how easy to smoke, etc. Any stories, warning, words of wisdom appreciated. Especially if they're specifically related to UW Madison, USC, ASU, BU, or Harvard.

I'm in college in the midwest, it's really accepted here. Most people on my floor smoke, and the ones that don't don't give a shit. My friends have tried it for their first times ever since being at college (with me), but didn't really enjoy it, and prefer drinking.

Just be smart, don't smoke in your rooms, don't keep a lot of weed on you or glass, use joints and blunts, easier to dispose of.

I'm in college now, most of my professors dont give a shit if I come to class stoned or whatever, as long as my shit gets done on time. We do have a security guard that reminds me of the retarded guy from Scary Movie...rides around on a golf cart with a taser looking for people smoking in their cars...but yeah for the most part people are pretty chill, I know at my school at least 3/4 of the students either smoke or used to smoke but cant now (jobs, families, etc)...

Im going to post up a tutorial on perfectly smoke proofing your room. It really comes in handy when youve had 4 smoking busts on your floor, all of which I was never involved in (thank god.)

Before you go right out and advertise that you blaze, try chillin and seeing if other people bring it up. You dont want too many people knowing that your blazing because you never know whos a snitch. As a freshman myself, I established little connections first. Mostly from my football team, and then moved up. I now know everyone on campus who is involved in the distribution of it.

Another good tip is to make nice with security, make sure they know that your a chill, good kid. (or at least think that) that way if they roll around and your in a sketchy situation, your more likely to get let go.

College is not alllllllllllll about smoking pot. It all depends on where your going, but just dont be dumb. Best of luck bro

Just like tyler I am in the Midwest...SW Ohio to be exact. If your college campus has a headshop odds are your in good hands. The advice so far is prime. Don't get busted with being an idiot. Keep your glass locked up in your room. Don't travel to far with it on you and whatever you do don't get into slinging it. Make a few friends and connects and just stop there. My school had 16 busts and 14 arrests people were taking semesters off to just sling it and were bring in mad money...then they got sloppy and got pinched so the well is dry here for a while. Fatass Joints and Blunts and you'll be fine.

Ya dude currently I'm a freshmen in a dorm and its really not that bad. We have a little neighborhood right behind our dorm so normally I just go smoke out there. My buddy and I will roll a blunt (or pack a few bowls) and walk in the neighborhood. Normally we see quite a few people but normally if you keep walking and be kind (saying hi and shit) to the older people your going to be fine. Normally were only out there for about 10-15 min so if the cops were called for any odd reason we would be out of there before they come.

Just be careful. I currently have scholarships plus my dad is a cop. If he found out I was smoking say bye bye to college. I guess the grow coming this summer should be interesting haha.

dude ASU is the SPOT.

i never actually went there as a student, but im a resident at st joes hospital in phoenix and i live in tempe, like right down the street.

all the bud is cheap and you can get just about anything you want.

if you go to college out here, i'll even help you get some good contacts.

i dont sell anymore cause it's pretty much the end of my career if i do, but i can set you up with my guys around here.

unless you mean alabama state or something, not arizona state.

i went to the university of Akron last year and within a day or two of moving in I found the stoners and we were chilling off campus and going on blunt runs for the rest of the year. Also took about a month or so to find some great connections that someone like me from corn fields of ohio would never of dreamed of such quality bud for really great prices

From my experience, attending radford University in VA, and visiting friends in just about every other major school in the state, finding people that smoke weed and have hook-ups with it is not a problem. And quality of school also has nothing to do with it, the University of Virginia is an amazing academic school and is home to a nice head shop and definitely plenty of bud. No matter where you go, there be no shortage of trees, college is an amazing time. enjoy man

I go to a D1 school. Any big school you will have more then enough friends that smoke/sell. You really don't need to pick your college around your hobby because everywhere you go people will. Even the IVY league schools haha! All those pre-med arab students... Ya they do it too! haha. (I am in no way discriminating either)
