Ha ha that's hilarious hiding weed in a cop car. That cop is going to be busted for possession! By the way, I don't think it's illegal not to have insurance, it's just not a good idea not to have it.

I believe in most states (though not all) it's actually illegal not to have at least liability insurance so that if you hit someone else, damages/injuries/etc are covered.

It's definitely illegal in Pennsylvania. If you get caught without insurance, they tow your car right there.
