need some basic advice

Alright, this topic has been on my mind for the past couple of months, often pestering my highs. So the situation (hypothetical), let's say i smoked, and a it's completely obvious that i look blazed, i decide i go to get some snacks at dunkin donuts, and a cop is there. As soon as i enter, the cop sees me, with my bloodshot eyes, acting funny. Although i do not have anything on me, but it's obvious that i'm high, can a cop do shit about that?!

I don't think you can be arrested for under the influence, just for holding grass itself or some paraphanalia. Unless you are driving..........would you be driving while you are in the dunkin donuts????

About a month ago I was high at Tim Hortons (coffee place), and my friend said if I order he will pay. He wanted a Boston Creme donut, and a Irish Creme (may not be actual name but had creme in it). So not to confuse myself up there I decided to get the same as him. So I walk to the counter and say "Hello, I would like 2 boston creme donuts and 2 medium bostom cremes". At this point she probably knew I was high but i dont give a fuck anymore about it. Fast forward to me yelling at her because she wouldnt give me the coffee's (although there were none of that name anyways). I was yelling"I JUST WANT 2 BOSTON CREME DONUTS AND 2 MEDIUM BOSTON CREMES, WHAT DONT YOU UNDERSTAND... FUCK" I was still thinking I was right so I didnt stop yelling and swearing. By this time everyone in the cafe probably thought I was a coke head or something, but i dont give a fuck. Thats when a cop walked in and said "I think you should sit down with your friend" My buddy who was laughing his head off, told me the difference and i realized how stupid i was.

We got in no trouble from the cop, and didnt get our coffees

Theres a thing called public intoxication. However, it's not illegal to look high, its illegal to posses marijuana As long as you don't incriminate yourself you should be fine.

wrong. you have to have evidence when it comes to bud. as long as you are clean you would be fine. believe me i have talked to quite a few po-po blitzed.

they couldn't take you in for public intoxication. it wouldn't hold up in court. public intoxication really only goes to alcohol. and sometimes those don't even hold up in court. a cop can prove you are under the influence of alcohol because of the breathilizer. there is nothing to prove you are high. cops dont carry around hair tests and urine cups.

Exactly. Just don't go around telling the whole word you are / were smoking the good plant and everything should be ok
