cop forgot to give me my ticket... now what?
well i got pulled over today, and the cop found my half o, bong, and grinder. i got a ticket for possession of paraphernalia. but the thing is the cop forgot to give me my ticket, i called him back, and he said that he was in a hurry and forgot, he said i can meet him up at a hotel and he would give it to me, but i told him that it would be better if i could just pick it up back at the police statiion, he said sure.

but is there anything i can do because he forgot to give me my ticket?

that's what i was thinking, that's why i told him i'd rather pick it up at the station. plus he didn't search my trunk, and i had 2 more bongs in there, so i didn't want to see him again...

You should probably get the ticket. Its good to get away with a ticket not serious trouble. Dont give the cop another reason to mess with you.

yea even if you dont have the actual ticket that shit is still written down with all your information.

its better to get it then miss a court date and go to jail.

Why would you call him and ask him for the ticket? If he forgot it thats the pigs dumb fault.

because he made me sign it and everything, so i know that it's on file you know?

i just picked it up, and all he has on it is possession of drug paraphanalia, and he has Civil Traffic checked. i live in arizona, so what do you guys think this will all come down too?
