as someone likely highly susceptible to phenylalanine (phenylketonuria), i'm taking this very seriously even just on the personal level. further, no point saving only myself, if everyone else is going down the shitter.

you are free to accept the propaganda that "aspartame is safe" should you so choose to allow yourself to continue to be chemically coerced into the addiction, but please, i am not joking, nor exaggerating when i say, consumption of aspartame, and other excitotoxins too, is WORSE THAN SMOKING TOXIC TOBACCO PRODUCTS! at least they only dull or "switch off" the brain, not tear great big physical holes in it!! heck, even the likes of heroin or crack cocaine would be better for your health! again, no, i am not joking, nor exaggerating!

would you kill one to save a billion..... it's the greatest philosophical question ever. alas, i see no such situation where thered be enough certainy to warrant such a killing. not to mention.., the "one" you might otherwise be killing might just end up having a turn around that would end up saving a billion... you just dont know.

im the same way, i eat healthy foods and stay away from the unnatural as best i can,
but the people around me eat really unhealthy foods constantly-- donuts, fast food, etc.

if i ever say something i get dirty looks and treated like the food nazi

i saw digit had to fight off alot of that earlier in this thread too.

quite ironic, since alot of the big chemical giants who swallowed up the food producers have strong nazi ties going back to the world wars and eugenics craze...
