damn primetime, i'm glad u fought through all of it and came out ahead man. i have never had depression, not even known anyone that did till my girlfriend told me that she has suffered of depression her whole life. she o.d'd and the e.r was able to keep her alive. she has fought through most of it but i still feel like it affects her way too much, i wish there was somethin i could do to help her out....i think i might buy that book for her..

Wow. That was really moving to me man. Thanks for giving me a new perspective on life...I stumbled into this thread and it was JUSt what I needed because lately I've been feeling so down.

But now I know its on me=]. Having a positive attitutude and outlook on life works wonders.
