Best friend arrested, my house searched with Warrent.

So today SUCKED MAJOR BALLS!

Get a call at 10:20
"Dude, wake up"
"What? I'm at school"
"Kevin got arrested. Cops busted him."
"What?! How?!"
"They have YOUR name."
"WHAT?!"

My friend was walking outside to leave school for a day, when the police officer asked him to search him and his car. He said no but the principal said they could. So they bust him with 2 8th baggies and his bong. Nail him for intent to distribute on school grounds, possesion, and he is suspended for 5 days.

Now I BOOK IT back from my school, 45 min drive made in 22 min. I have ALOT of shit at my house. I got home and just left my car running. I took all my bud and put it in a bag and that into a safe. I took the safe and put Air-Freshiners in it, then wrapped it with saran wrap, then lysol'ed it, then wrapped it again. I went 3 acres out into my land and dug a nice 4 foot hole and tossed that shit down there. I burnt all my bags, smashed my scale, broke all my pipes and bongs, put my hookah through the wash.

Now most of you are saying "Why didn't you give it to a friend?" Well the nice police officer waiting at the edge of my property prevented cars going in without a nice search. On my way up to my house, I got pulled over, thankyou god I got a tip before hand and chucked my shit on the road, I got patted down, dog went through my car, nothing. I was free to go. I went up my driveway, and just FLOORED it and got there as fast as I could before the cops had any time to fuck me over.

So I lost a total of about 2,000$ in pipes/bongs/smoking products. And I have a good 7,000$ of herb burried DEEP in my back yard.

Now right as I finish up burning all my baggies, and destroying all my shit. One police SUV pulled into my yard. Followed by 6 crusers. 2 dogs come out of the jeep and the officer says to me "We have a warrent to search your property, step aside." and hands me a paper. It was the warrent.

As dogs are going through my house, I'm talking to one of the cops. He is giving me SO much shit but I'm just taking it. He shows me a list of dealers in my town, and to my shock my name is at the VERY top. I was SO pissed off. I started to yell at him telling him I only smoke, don't sell, and he is full of shit, and this warrent was based off of false information. I was FLIPPING shit.

The cops who had the dogs came out of my house, with a GIANT grin. I was thinking "Oh fuck, please don't tell me I forgot a bag or something!" and he comes out with 2 roaches. I look at him and laugh and say "You can't bring me in on that."
"Yeah but I can fine you 250$. So here you are." Hands me a ticket he wrote up.

I was even more pissed, but nothing I could do. I just said goodbye, and they left. I took my dirt bike out for a nice long ride to a tree where I stashed a bong and an 1/8th when I moved in. It was in a baggie, don't worry :P Little 7" bong, a tiny vial of water that fills it, an 1/8th of bud, and a mini bic. I had so much fun smoking that. The major adrenlin of getting to my house and knowing I only had a few moments before I was fucked, and then them coming to the house.... damn it was CRAZY.

I love it! I would of been in jail right now, but the stupid cops in my town are so quick to jump the gun on shit. They have been watching me for 6 months they said, and what fucked up their order was my best friend trying to leave school. They were waiting till we were both together to make the bust, they knew I was at school, and knew that if HE left, they wouldn't be able to follow him later to get to me. So they jumped the gun and made the bust on him 4 hours to early. And that gave me time to react and get rid of everything I had. If they didn't arrest him, they would of followed him later, to my house, then came in with the warrent. The warrent was dated on 4-19-07 and they were steaking out us and waiting for the right time. Silly piggies! When will you learn?

BTW: Everything I had is now gone, and I figured out that these cops are smarter then I am, and don't fuck with them haha. All my friends LOVE me right now because I called up EVERYONE and told them to come get free shit after the cops left. I just gave out bags of it, after all, it's just a tree, and I have a job now. Time to get out of the foolish life-style I lived before and just return to the average smoker.

Oh it was a glorious day. It sucks major balls because my friend Kevin can't toke during the summer unless he does a drug opp. on someone 3 times. He ain't a rat so he turned that down in a heartbeat.

I feel really bad for him. But were both done with that shit, forever. I had a REALLY bad gut feeling these past few weeks about police. I thought we were going to get pulled over and stuff, I didn't think anything THIS big would happen.

ALL the dealers are on WICKED high aleart right now, everyone is getting rid of ANYTHING they have, most of them are smoking it haha. But I know my guy is digging a hole to shove his down. Basicly the town is on lockdown and no one wants to sell anything to anyone.

Haha, I'm not out on top! I'm getting 6 months probation and a bunch of fucking fines and court fees and shit! If anything I got fucked in the ass, but I got a heads up so I was able to escape the prisions fucking in the ass..... And I post this now because I have gotten rid of everything
