What happened here?
Say your smoking weed in a public place. You filled a cig. with weed. Theres alot of people around that are also stoners, so they don't care. The fuzz show, Without their lights on, they just roll up. You put the cig/blunt out, then put it in your pockett. Stand up and leave. Just as the cops come. They probably see you do this. You leave, with no cops walk after you. Why would they not go after you then?

Cuz you're just smokin a 'cigarette'. They probably weren't like OMG that kid's smokin a cigarette, we better frisk him! They probably just saw you smoking a cigarette

well the thing is they did get a call from like the owners, that people were smoking weed, it is a real life story, i am just making it seem hypothical

So I'm guessing you got busted in this situation? This would be because you were smoking in public. Yeah, the cig thing is a good theory, but weed still smells like weed. Plus, judging on how you said there were multiple stoners just chillin' there, it's not very hard to believe that someone called the cops, especially depending on where you guys were chillin.
