Well yea, my and my two other boys, S and J, we were chillin behind some playground, near some traintracks. We had 3 bags, one in my pocket, one in J's pocket, plus the bag in the dutch that J was rolling. All of a sudden, an undercover bastard comes and im like "Oh shit cops" I quickly reached in my pocket and took out the bag and threw it in a little river behind where we were at, probably a foot away. J did the same with the dutch he was rolling, but he didn't play it off that good, and the cops saw him turn his body. The cop saw that and he was like you stupid motherfucker you guys are fucking stupid you think we're fucking dumb huh idiots. Since the cop didnt see me throw away the bag he thought that J threw it and started talking crap to him. Hes like "You guys are so fucked you stupid mothefuckers, I should make u get the bag in the river. Put ur hands behind your fucking heads right now." They searched us, and they found the bag in J's pocket. They found visine and a lighter on me, and on S they found 2 dutches and visine. J had ciggarrets, and the asshole cop took his pack, threw them all on the floor, and crushed his stogies. They took our wallets and our phones and shit, and threw it all on the floor. They cuffed J, and the asshole pig started talking shit to scare us. U guys are going to get locked up was as he was fuckin saying. He let me and S go because we didn't have anything on us, but they arrested J. Later on I smoked a blunt and i havent been able to get in contact with J..

...Now my question is..Are pigs allowed to cuss at us like that?

i dont believe so, but nothing you can do....you should get the weed oout of the river just to have it even though it drenched, to like in a small way beat the pig...

No. Cops dont have special rights. That's harassment. Contact a lawyer, sue them for like 100k say you had to see a therapist or something. Be devastated.

Then buy 100k worth of weed.

It is completely illegal for a cop to do that. If your friend is lucky and has a good lawyer he will get off because of what the cop did. Dont be surprised if a cop shows up at your house to take a statement.

How big was the bag that your friend had on him?

There's no reason for acting like that. Pigs are allowed to do shit like that ONLY IF they have probable cause that you have a lethal weapon. Don't let anyone tell you different. Find out their badge numbers, go to your local chapter of the ACLU, and make sure ALL of your friends testify as witnesses.
