Obama sucks, but let's be real. Medical marijuana and the whole "legalize marijuana" movement gaining real momentum is a very recent thing. If anyone hurt the pro-marijuana movement the most, it was Nixon and Reagan for spearheading the War on Drugs and making it the next best thing a president could do.
They're all terrible for this War on Marijuana. They're all terrible in their own ways. it's kind of a stupid chart because there wasn't MMJ system as we know it today in place 30 years ago, with dispensaries and whatnot. Yet it does show Obama has been an overwhelmingly anti-MMJ president. Certainly he's been worse than Bush when it comes to MMJ.
