Yeah this will work great. That is, of course, 90% of the users on the internet get kicked or discontinue their own service and the realize how much money is being lost by doing this. Then they come in looking like the heros when they 'vanquish' the new law and by claiming how they were against it.

They can do anything they want and nobody is going to stop them. Nation security is meant for the continuity of government and is meaningless for the protection of the public.
