This really doesn't matter; if it's benign training and the troops don't fuck with the citizenry, all is okay. If they do, the citizenry put some rounds down range and tell those green-wearing boys to fuck off with their state-sponsored oppression.

I suggest the armed resistance of citizenry against troops deployed indigenously within this country, if they enact measures of oppression against the populace, and you reply with a cheap and 30% humorous .gif about jesus?

Get over it. He was just fucking with ya man. The troops are just obeying orders, go after the politicians with an armed resistance, they are the ones issuing the orders.
