The daily kos carries about as much weight as Rush Limbaugh. That video is not a reliable source, sorry. You need to back that up with evidence. Im not saying its wrong but you need better sources than a video distributed by the daily kos.

Yeah I don't know about 9/10 but I agree that "smart bombs" are not fool proof and do fail more than we would like to think.

In the video they show records from the baghdad mortuary if you watch it, it shows all the civillian deaths that have been recorded. That seems as accurate to me as it can get, aside from actually showing you there dead bodies.

Well you could say that like everyone else who automatically yells "the media is controlled" when something isn't to their liking.

but the daily kos is a liberal website and that is a fact. I would feel the same way if it was a republican slanted website. If I found it from something like the AP or Reuters then I would believe it .
