Edit: I do think your average joe would benefit from reading that, but the average joe won't want to read that much about something he may not believe... so a TL;DR or summary could do wonders.

No offense Matt, but I just skimmed through it and it seems Sirsog hit the nail on the head. It really isn't a difficult concept at all to grasp. But I am glad you found this way of looking at life to benefit you. you probably shouldn't ask for donations though... just ask yourself, would God do that? Would you do that?
God makes people richer than shit, the pope fucking has his own country (pretty much) made of fucking gold at his own dispense for doing absolutely nothing other than loving god.. or so they say thats all they do.... more like they corrupt the most minds.
Lol sorry i hate when people claim god saved them, when the morals of the god in questions were written by man

for ever soul the christian/catholic faith has "saved" i can guarantee, over 10 lives were lost. It used to be "follow us or meet the devil" now its "follow us...or....we will continue to banter everything you believe in regardless of scientific proof or evidence" like it pretty plainly is states that the holy anointing oil had cannabis in it, yet, Christians (hardcore christians, not simply people who believe in certain aspects of it) would die before admitting legalization is a good idea

It all comes down to how you interpret that environment.

I think a high is a state of happiness that is caused by certain environmental stimuli, such as a friend making you laugh, smoking a blunt, going on a roller coaster, etc.
lol yea man its an altered state, if you have regular being, no emotion, no feeling, any state other than, is an altered state. I think a high however, is an altered state of awareness, not just the altered feelings of being in a state of emotion.... for example... someone making you happy, changes the entire spectrum of existence, things seem better, time tends to seem faster... those are the altered feelings, while the state is the over all umbrella behind how it happened... like when your high, the state would include being hungry, happy, feelings of slight euphoria, and the jist (with weed), and that would be its altered state, but, not every high, is the same state.... woah haha, its like this, the united states of alteredness.... each state is its own unique build of towns (feelings that are physical) and cities) feelings that are psychological) and each has a capital (the main "feeling" of that state).....lol if it was a map atleast

In fact, I would say being high (when you are "sober") is a normal state. Being not high is a delusion of the mind, a delusion of the ego, an "altered state" if you will. Being not high is being not awake.

I feel high all the time, even when I am completely sober, which is fairly often.

IMO sleep is a highly altered state lol influenced by DMT

Lol, I didn't literally mean "not awake" as in "sleeping". When I said "awake" I was referring to how you interact with and perceive your surroundings.

I dont believe in anything i need to write down. I have a fully functioning self sustained brain that can will its own beliefs as i please them to be. Writing them down limits me to feeling obligated to what i have written and if i feel i am changing a belief due to my surroundings and interaction i would have to amend it. I can do that automatically in my head. I'm appreciative of the beliefs people have written, and i do take my own beliefs from them from time to time, but i don't pertain to one belief or faith, and i don't believe that a form of "god" should be provided to the masses in scriptures. If you must know.

I always thought words were a terrible medium for the expression of things that aren't meant to be put into form.
