MDMA's long term effects right now are not well known but both are considered to not be very good for you. Pure Molly isn't as bad as a roll because of all the fillers.

Most peoples "molly" isnt as pure as they think it is. An to the OP both substances in moderation are pretty safe but they become very dangerous when abused.

Just based on opinion, I'd go with xanax.

Mostly because MDMA is generally a "once-in-a-while" kind of drug for most people, while xanax can very easily become an every day habit, and fuck you to all hell if you get addicted and try to get off of it.

Have you ever met a frequent roller? They can't remember anything and they mix up everyone's name. An old buddy of mine used to roll at least 3 times a week, now he's pretty lost in everyday life.

Im not saying perscription drugs are safe but u do know the quantity of the drug u are actually getting.

I've dun both but quit doin e cuz honestly im afraid of the effects it has on neurons. I dnt want plaque all over them.E isn't addictive tho.

I like xanax but it can cause addiction.

I have, and obviously someone who rolls frequently is going to have a lot of problems as well.
I'm just saying that when it comes to frequency of use, it's probably more common for someone to start abusing xanax daily than MDMA. Whether due to xanax being more addictive, or the comedown/availability/cost of MDMA or what have you.

And just to point out... I have been a xanax addict, and I couldn't even remember what I'd had for breakfast that morning (if I'd even eaten, since most of the time I didn't).
So, I don't know... I still think xanax takes the cake with that one.

It does fuck you up but I think what he was trying to say is that more people pop xanax on a daily compared to thizz kids. There are some people who roll everyday but they are just stupid and asking to go brain dead.

yeah MDMA isn't bad for you if you use it like every once in a great while "like 2 months between rolls at least" besides Xanax is very addictive and the W/D's can kill you. where as MDMA "expecially if you get molly" is pretty safe in my opinion. But rolls do have alot of nasy fillers like meth amphetamines and other shit, so i try to stick to molly. but yeah id say Xanax is way way way worse for you in the long term unless you pop rolls or snort pure molly every single day. Then you become a E-Tard.

Err one is made in a control restricted enviroment, FDA approval

the other is made by rogue chemists and such with no boxes to tick, regulation.

One is used in medicine and although its shown to be helpful in regards to psychotherapist stuff, MDMA is recreational purely

I've seen the heart breaking effects of Xanax in multiple people in my life. It's too easily abused, PERSCRIBED so it's taken daily, builds a tolerance quickly, destroys your memory and mind overall, and it's taken so lightly just to "feel" better, more social, happy, help your sleep..

I'm not as well versed with X, but I doubt it's so easily abused, or easy to get. 10-25 dollars a pop? No perscriptions, I'm gonna say it's harder to abuse.

I'm going with Xanax personally, like it recreationally once in a while, hate it with a passion at the same time.

Xanax from 1st and 3rd person experiences, shiit can fuck up your life ina second way faster than MDMA can. I personally do not know any MDMA "addicts" maybe people who roll a lot like 3 or 4 times a monthh but the people who do xanax I know take mad bars erry day.

Id have to go with MDMA being worse for you. Mostly because it doesnt get the respect it deserves. Im addicted to xanax but I cant stand how dull/stupid I feel after a roll. I cant believe people roll every weekend and even every month is a shitload IMO.

i would have to agree with JD. however side-by-side short term effects, id say MDMA. there are ALOT of myths surrounding MDMA making it sound MUCH worse but my believe is that these myths arent researched to the extent of FDA approved drugs such as xanax.

much like JD said, i too am a benzo addict. i ger a script for klonopin but usually end up buying a script for xannies.

i have so much stress, its my 'daily release' since ive cut down on smoking weed.

I am mainly basing my choice off ease of addiction, alprazolam is way more addicting and easy to take every day than MDMA while ecstasy may be more damaging they are both chemicals which act on nuerotransmitters in the brain in different ways tho
