Re: For a student, what's safer, adderall or caffeine? (poll)

if you're not feeling in good health, stay away from both, but especially adderall. it's an amphetamine, you won't have any appetite and you'll further your sleep deficit. just get responsible and get back in good health, drugs are only meant to be taken when you're able to handle them.
