Anyone ever try dexmethylphenidate (focalin)?

A friend has a prescription bottle and after doing a little research it's similar to ritalin. I'm assuming it a bit better than Ritalin because of the dex- in front of it. Almost as good as Adderall?

Adderall is about as good as it gets for prescription uppers, IMO

I doubt the ones you have are as efficient and dextroamphetamines.

people say that adderall is the best in terms of prescription uppers. i'm not denying that but i don't think you can really compare them even though they are both prescription uppers. from what i've read and experienced with recreational doses of adderall as well as what i've read about recreational doses of dexmethylphenidate, adderall is a mixture of mental clarity, sometimes a buzz/high depending on many things but mostly dosage, and many other general stimulant effects. dexmethylphenidate is more of a high similar to cocaine but not so much the other effects i mentioned in adderall. that's not to say you cannot experience them with focalin but they're nowhere near as pronounced. i actually became interested in trying high doses of focalin last night because when it comes to uppers i need alottttttttttttttttttttttttttt to get high. i usually 2-3 times the dose of an average person when it comes to most uppers.

hey i'm prescribed focalin and i personally don't think its any good for recreational use. it is however great for gettin shit done. its also good if your drinkin hard and don't wanna pass out. i have the time release type so i always crush it up and rail it or parachute it.
