And again POD. I don't know how many times I have to say this. Groups that use the same symbols are not the same group. It is the side effect of the symbols being symbols. They have a symbolic meaning and when a organization uses one, they believe the symbolism it represents falls into the ideals of their organization even if they misrepresent the true ideas of the symbol. "Freemasonic symbols" as you say aren't exclusively Freemasonic. They were used before the Freemasons and already had meanings. That is why they were used. Symbols really aren't that sinister.
