Virtuoso i was wondering if you could help me with this problem....I started taking adderall about 2 weeks ago and started on 10 mg. I didnt feel anything so i bumped it to 15 mg.I tried that for a few days and nothing happened, so now i bumped it to 20mg and still I do not feel anything. My doctor was saying that if i dont feel anything at 30mg that i should just stop. is it possible that i just cannot feel the affect of aderrall? or do most people not feel it on 20? what would you do in my situation? Oh yeah and by the way I am not taking xr, just regular. Thanks for the help!

Sorry I'm late on this, but I'll answer anyways for the sake of future questions. Although taking it for the test could significantly help you, I wouldn't do it simply because you don't know how it can effect you... I seriously doubt anything would really go wrong, but it's just not worth the risk.

Well I would go to 30mg, but really try and do something for me here... when you take it, forget it! I mean completely swipe from your memory that you took Adderall. I used to have this problem every now and then, and so so many people have this problem still... you're trying to feel something. Just relax and let it do it's job; Adderall can be very subtle as it's usually not very physically euphoric. This can be very hard to overcome, but don't give up.

Take 40-60mgs of Adderall on an empty stomach, and eat 3 or 4 Tums tablets or similar antacids 1 hr before you dose. If by 80mg you don't feel anything, you're an extreme human rarity.

okay, today i tried adderall for the first time and love it. i got 2 20mg XRs form my buddy during 2nd period today at school (around 8:30). (btw periods are 40min) started feeling them 3rd period (approx. 9:30) and finished my homework for all my classes before 4th period. it was great. lol

i was a lil hesitant to try them b/c im not tryin to do drugs. ive usually just stuck to bud, but my friend is a good kid and addys+bud are all he does. so i decided to trust his judgment and took em. ive been energetic, more outgoing, more confidence and more focused all day. love it.

I don't know about 80mg, but 40-60 would be decent and the antacids should help potentiate the amphetamines, however you have to be careful because it can lead to stomach problems and the like if done too often so don't make that a habit.

quick question

Generally, how long does it take to build a tolerance? ill prolly be takin a 20mg or 2 every couple days.

You should notice a difference during week two taking it like that, probably early in the week being at that dosage. However I wouldn't continue such a path because it leads to problems. I had to change up how I took my Adderall because I was taking it every other day and eventually it got to where I was sleeping ridiculous amounts of hours without it and I only got things done if I took it that day... basically it's a pretty easy way to confuse your body and mind. Personally, I've never had a problem with addiction so it was very easy for me to just up and stop taking them for awhile, but most people are not nearly as lucky.

I hate to burst your bubble early, too, but it's never going to be as good as your first few times... keep that in mind. I found that when I was only doing it once a week and on rare occasions twice I was able to keep that amazing feeling I loved so much (this was when i first started). So basically don't jump right into taking it so often because you'll ruin it for yourself.

Man, wish I would've been into Amphetamines in high school (not that I want to get addicted or anything, I knew precautions for 'ignoring' phsyiological depency, but still kind of afraid of long-term). Crazy that teens are getting 30-90 - 30mg XR prescriptions for $10 a damn bottle, haha. I still normally bum all mine for free, but they'd go for $4 in a heartbeat if i put out a note.

I am rather novice in doing amphetamines, but definitely understand the chemistry aspect; holding my interest too_ well

I suggest taking (1) 30mg XR beads whole, then another (1) 30mg XR beads crushed.
Ha, a few times I've drank soda right after taking the XR's. hopefully that moved through before killing anything (probably before the gelcap was even dissolced).

Insufflation isn't as bad as you think, but it is _definitely_ not a good thing to be doing long term. I'm not sure of specific binders, but I would _not_ suggest snorting pills often, if at all.

I know that most psychoactive powders are hygroscopic[like water] (love water [hydrophilia]?), but tablets and capsule contents even more so.

This means that when you take that sniff, the sides of your nose will get loaded with powder. Haha. Remember the times I looked up in the mirror to a nose full or orange.

The binders\misc chems. in brand name Adderall and Adderall XR don't look harming to the nostril to me, and I haven't heard or seen any horror stories, so you guys should be safe.

Generic tabs should be very similar with binders as Adderall, but I'm not sure if there even are generic XR caps?

wanted to add a note for crushing XR pills:

No pestle and mortar?

Coffee cup + metal spoon = crushed powder
Scrape the area where you crushed the pills in the cup lightly (to free the powder)
then plop the cup upside down and maybe give a few taps over a piece of paper.

this guide is so awesome... I just got 4 XR 20 MG, and 1 XR 40 MG addies from my friend for my exams next week.. I plan on taking one either today or Sunday to see how my body reacts to it. I have 4 exams, 2 on each day so I know I will be taking them on those days.. which leaves me with 2 left. Would it be a bad idea for someone who has never taken them to take 5 within a weeks span? I think I have the power to not get addicted to them, if that makes sense.. and I won't be using them after this week anyways until I get them prescribed.

Lol yes of course, amphetamines/methamphetamine/adrenergic stimulants in general are all vasoconstrictors, meaning they constrict the blood vessels... thus cutting off blood flow in a big way -- unfortunately, sometimes that means no matter how addied out and horny you are, that you really probably won't be able to get it up until the end/aftermath of the stimulant drug's psychoactivity.

Course, that's why you pop 2 fucking Viagra and a shit ton of amps... jesus, now that's truly a combo of the Gods

its weird for me, sometimes i notice it being easier to pop a chub while on addy and other times its IMPOSABLE.

i find that a cup or two of coffee really helps that tho..

Haha I remember the first time I took adderall...went to go take a piss and when I pulled down my boxers I thought "WHAT THE FUCK?!" About half the size...scarred the shit out of me for a few seconds but then realized it has to be the drug.
