Another good method to crush up the XR beads is to grind them down with a mortar and pestle. If you don't have access to that, then put the beads in a shotglass and crush them with a blunt instrument, I use the bottom of a screwdriver. Once it's a fine powder, you're good to go.

i love adderall. im on 120mgs with virtually no tolerance and holy shit. i look like im having a seizure because my whole body is shaking. its fantastic. im so unbelievably energized. i wrote a 5 page typed, single-spaced paper about how incredible i feel today because its that great. my head hurts like a bitch, but it is beyond worth it.

you cant even tell what color my eyes are because my pupils have completely covered any hint of color that once existed surrounding the pupil. holy shit i love life.

so its been 2 days since ^^that, and now i have a question.
is there any way that i can prevent the jaw clenching? any little tricks or anything?
i was totally unaware of it at the time, but now 2 days later, my jaw is still mad sore and it hurts to eat. anything to prevent it in the future, or should i just suck it up and deal with it?

You're not going to be able to prevent it, however if you chew gum it will help significantly... I don't like to take my addy without having gum.

Damn that is a very good guide and I had no idea that adderal was like that. I think I have ADHD but Im not for sure and I've already told my parents that I think I have it (It is almost impossible for me to study, and yes I am a college kid haha) and we are going to go wherever it is you have to go to see if you have ADD or ADHD. Now is this the thing I take with having ADHD or is it ritalin.. or are they the same thing? (I have only read the 1st page)

Ritalin is Methylphenidate, it is another upper. It's not an amphetamine, but it's very very similar as I believe it acts on the same receptors (dopamine + norepinephrine although with amphetamines it acts a bit differently). They are both prescribed for ADHD and they are the two most commonly prescribed medications for it. Concerta is another commonly prescribed, which is Methylphenidate composed in a time-release form aka "Ritalin XR".

does anyone else cry a SHITLOAD while coming down? it happens to me everytime. even with a group of friends, i just start to vent about all of my feelings, and i get so emotional that i break down and start bawling. im alone right now, and while i write this im crying and like..i dont even know why. i just know it happens everytime. and im not complaining. its not a bad thing or a good thing. it just is and im wondering if anyone else experiences this as well..?

No, but it's in no way unheard of... it happens to a lot of people and it just generally effects everyone differently.

Coming down can be the oddest thing... I find if I'm been up much longer than normal and I'm coming down from Adderall everything feels exactly like a dream... nothing seems real and sometimes I really enjoy it, sometimes I'm coming down a bit harder and just want to sleep. It's important that you eat and eat healthy. I know if I'm not eating/drinking right I'll be tired and pretty exhausted physically as well... just overall won't feel too good. I like to drink one of these things called "Mix 1" as they are amazing!

I feel 100x better after drinking just 1/2 of those if even. They have ridiculous amounts of good shit for you and the right ones (like mixed berry) taste good, not like crap.

lol i remember back in middle school like 6th 7th grade this kid was prescribed to the 30mg XRs and he would give them to me for like 50 cents a pill mostly cause he didn't take them and he didn't know they were worth anything.so for like all year i would be taking that shit everyday.and one time word got out that he sold some to me an that i took it.

and someone told a teacher and so they called the ambulance and sent be to the hospital,it was total bullshit,and after a while i loss contact with that kid i stopped taking them cause i couldn't get them anymore,felt like shit for weeks after that but i lived.

i loved them tho adderall is the shit,i barely take them anymore,i love mixing them with opiates.speedballin is bad but its such a great feeling.anyways great guide man.

Hey dude this is my thrid time trying it the first two times i did a dose of 45mg and i didnt feel anything (around 245 Lbs) i think im going with 100 mg's next time i do it so i can see what its really like is that a good idea ?

no, I would definitely not jump to such a high dose. I would go for 60 and no more than 80 at that size. definitely no more than 80 and even then it's pushing it because you don't truly know how it effects you.

Thanks dude im gonna go with 80 and see what happens but ive seen kids who are like 5'6 145 with no tolerance take 110mg's and where just tweaking out and speed baling like a fucker.
