so no one answered about the ridiculously slow heart rate..apparently it should be around 75, and ive now taken 60mg and its in the low 40's. im assuming its not too serious cause im still alive, (haha), but id like to know whats up if anyone knows.

btw, if anyone saw my thready about taking the one and feeling nothing, 3 definitely worked for me. i took 2 at once (time release), and then 2 hours later, i emptied a third one, crushed the balls, and took it that way to avoid the time release, and im feeling goood. just a little concerned about the heart rate..lol. and yet, im feeling too damn good to be concerned. but please, anyone wuith imput, lemme know. i researched it and found nothing.

in case it helps, its been 4 hours since i took the first 2, and an hour since the 3rd. i first noticed the weird heartrate about 90-100 minutes after the first 2. and i didnt count wrong cause it was a machine counting. lol

Closely monitor your heart rate for awhile.

More than likely it is caused by low blood sugar / electrolyte imbalance. GO EAT!

If it worsens don't ask for help here, call a professional.

I can't stress enough how important it is to eat and drink water.

alright, thanks. ive been drinking lots, and i think my heart is beating a bit more normally..the machine that tells me is 2 floors beneath me and its 2:30am so i really dont wanna get up, but it feels like its gotten somewhat better. its weird--its beating really hard, but im totally still aware that its slower than normal.

thanks for the advice! and btw, i definitely felt it this time (if you remember my PM about failing last time when i only took one). it was amazing. too good maybe. i think i needa stay away or ill end up addicted, it was so good! hahah. usually im asleep by 9, and im still up and full of energy! and i have a unbelievably strong desire to clean my entire house. im loving it. thanks again man. Yes, they are very addicting so you should always watch yourself. It definitely sounds like you need some food with the low heart rate and sounds like palpitations. After taking care of that you should notice your heart rate return to a more normal bpm. Try to check it at least once more.

alright, thanks! and yeah, i have to be especially careful, because i have a very addictive personality. i get addicted to almost everything i do. but im not gonna let that happen with addies.

oh shoot, i forgot to mention..one more thing i found concerning..

my left hand has been asleep and completely numb for almost two hours..ive been keeping it in constant motion to try to wake it up, but its not working..any chance thats related to adderall? idk what causes body parts to "fall asleep" so i have no idea if its possible for it to be related, but im hoping its not..

It's more than likely related to the Adderall, but the problem is there are way too many things that can cause this. Eat, get some vitamins in you (if you have anything with B vitamins that especially) and see if it improves. It could be anything from a nerve problem to your heart not pumping out enough blood to anxiety and lots more. If it persists call a doctor, it can be serious.

I'm not trying to scare you, but you need to look out for your health here.

There's a good chance this feeling could be related to amphetamine consumption. Low blood glucose levels/increased blood pressure resulting from amphetamine use can easily give you that pins and needles feeling in your extremities, kind of like they fell asleep. Get some sugar and carbohydrates into your body, and drink plenty of fluids. You should be fine.

For crushing them I've always used a decent-sized cap from a bottle (like an inch in diameter and make sure it's flat no bumps on it's top) while keeping the beads in a pile and just pressing and turning with my thumb to crush the beads. I've found that if you crush them up as much as possible the first time you only need to do it a tiny bit more after piling it all together again. If done right you won't have any problem with beads flying everywhere, but I'm sure others can provide a foolproof method.

Foolproof method here
-very simple. lay the beads out, place a dollar bill over the top of them. Take a hard cylindrical object (soup can) and roll it over the bill applying firm pressure. The beads should crush easily with a couple rolls, and wont scatter at all.
