Generally IR is about a 6 hour frame, XR being 12 hours, however for many people, mostly those without tolerance the XR will linger for much longer.

anyways, great guide. I was recently prescribed adderall after foculin and vyvanse didn't work, and i've been lookin for info like crazy, and this guide has more helpful information than i found on google. I shoulda known the city was the place to go.
also, you've no idea how glad i am to see you can smoke on adderall

Smoking on Adderall is pretty cool, actually. It makes mids seem like dank in a way because the high is super-clean and energetic. Be careful if you're limited on consumption, though, because you can smoke and smoke and smoke. and then smoke some more.

i got a script a few months ago for this (i told the doc it really helped w/ college and he literally wrote a script right there). the first month i got 10mg IR and then the second month i got 20mg XR

i think this month i may ask for a higher dose because its not nearly as effective as when i started. hopefully 20mg IR's. i like both the IRs and XRs but if i had to choose between the two i would have to go w/ 60 Irs rather than 30 XR per script

i also think that this CAN BE a very addictive drug if mistreated. thats why i sometimes skip a day or two to see how my body reacts both mentally and physically to make sure theres no "crave". also i benzos (i take klon) do really help for the comedown but i found that coffee and espresso does a lot too

and like you said STAY HYDRATED.. when i first started, i would forget this and get bad headaches when it wore off

my adderal prescription was 300 mg a day, pretty high. I didn't realize that it was a drug. so I guess I went through strong and chronic use for a long ass time.
it fucking sucked. I always felt all of the negatives, permanent physical side effects, never any of the positives.
this is fucking depressing.

Wow, I don't mean to call you out or anything, but that dose would more than likely kill a person. I'm almost certain of it. I understand a tolerance would be incredibly high after so many years, but before you even reached such a point you should have died.

If I took the dose I take every day I would probably die eventually, and that's not even 1/3rd of that. I just cannot see a doctor even scripting such a dosage as a doctor would even find my dosage extremely impractical... I couldn't even get it prescribed if I asked.

Really, though... I've had some bad comedowns with ~60mg and as much as I hate saying this I would most likely kill myself from the comedown before the drug killed me with that dose... if my heart didn't explode first.

The most I've taken was 200mg is a 20 hour spam (first time, actually haha) and I came too close to a seizure for comfort. My vision went very blurry and the euphoria was so much I fell back onto my bed, although I absolutely loved that moment. That's not the whole story, though.

Are you sure you weren't taking that dosage with Concerta? Even then it would be an extremely high dosage, but more reasonable... and maybe possible.

my buddy has been hooking me up with a bunch of 20mg addys for free. i just crushed all them up into powder and put it back in the capsule. been taking bumps here and there and im having a great deay

Hmm, here's a strange question. I took 120mg of Adderall XR, and a few hours later while at the park waiting for a ride with my bro, I started seeing his face distort, like kind of melting to one side, it was fucked up, but only happened on the right side, not the left. Is this because of the Addies or what? Lol
