I also once knew a kid named Mike who tried acid a few times, thought it was kinda fun, and enjoyed making up stories to further scare those who are already brainwashed against drugs like acid.

I have seen people that are zooted out of there minds from LSD. Everyones body does react differently especially with hallucinogens. If you are healthy and mentally stable and take an average dose you will most likely be fine. But the risk does exist LSD will open doors in your mind and some people go into a door and finds something that shatters their reality until they cease to exist.

I've never done acid before, but i've heard it's an experience every drug user should have at least once. I've also heard that it's easy to get hooked on mentally though.

Are you fuckin kidding me!!! I used LSD for over 10 yrs. Chances are it was not LSD if it fucked her up like that, Bromo dragonfly and DOB have been known to fuck people up b/c nobody is certain of the dosage. I literally have taken over 800 mics in one dose and am perefectly fine and know 100's of thousands of people that have taken as much as myself and more, nothing wrong with them either. You have a better chance of being permanently fucked from MDMA than LSD. Shit like this is what gave LSd a bad name in the first place.

Look kid, you need the right people around and a comfortable setting for your first trip. Setting and surroundings are everything when it comes to LSD. If you are not comfortable doing it, if you do not have the right people and surroundings that are comforting, don't do it.

Do some research on it, maybe do som,e research w/ your friend together so you can both learn and make a decision based on actual fact and research. Remember, LSD will come & go but will be aeround as long as there is a chemist willing to make it; chances are a good friend may never come along again.

Acid is only too far if you think it is. In my opinion, go for it. Your friend obviously has the wrong impression about acid. Read up about acid, and then educate him. If he is a rational being, he shouldn't have too much trouble accepting the fact that acid is a very safe drug.

I'm pretty sure experimenting with acid doesn't do that. I think doing it consistently can fuck you up like that, but just trying it or doing it occasionally is pretty safe. Not an expert though.
